This Starbucks is near my job and I have a break of 30 minutes, I order my drinks 10 minutes before I get there and when I get... there I waited another 10 minutes for one drink. The lady in the front(Christine) kept looking at me and didn?t even asked if Ineeded anything or if I?ve had been helped. One of her friends came in and made her order and gave her pastry while others hadbeen waiting over 20 minutes, I waste my whole break for just waiting for one drink. Read more
This was my Starbucks. They recently shifted employees I guess and with that shift decided it was appropriate to handle all the... orders in store first while the people who had placed mobile orders waited 10 to 15 minutes past there "pickup" time. I get thestore gets busy hence the mobile order which I placed at 910am on a Friday. Someone needs to teach this store about orderpriority. Read more

They served 3 people after me with the same order and more... things and when I asked she said u have to wait because there is order before u ! I want tp change my original review: I told employees there about my bad experience the other day with my Flat White and they... made me this real piece of heaven! ********************************************* Jacob is really good of making coffee and howhe greats the customers but there is a young lady who makes terrible coffee with so MUCH attitude!!!
