Sunday morning, it's supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m. . Came at 6:40 and there wasn't a person in sight. Came back at 8:00, and... only the drive-thru is open. Line looked like it was going to take 20+ minutes to get through because it wasn't moving at allduring the few minutes that I optimistically waited before giving up. 09/14/2022 Update - Starbucks, what more do you want meto tell you? This seems to be a common theme at Starbucks these days. They don?t make an effort to get the drink correct. They touch all over... the drink spout and the stopper that goes in. They won?t touch your drink that was made bad, but no trash receptacle outside todispose of. Simply pathetic. Free education, perhaps you should educate your staff on customer service. Read more
Update: Upon a recent return to this Starbucks none of the issues mentioned were present. The service was great, as were the... drinks ordered. It seems they have corrected the issues at hand, and for that I feel it is the right thing to edit this reviewand give a higher rating. This is a great Starbucks location if you find yourself at Coit and Legacy After visiting thislocation for a long time in their previous location across the street with countless positive experiences, I was excited to trytheir new location, still in the same area. I decided to go through the drive through which it was nice to see they offer now.The barista taking the orders though was not very friendly, and also got my drink wrong, but I thankfully caught that before Igot up to the window. It did not take long to get to the window, but the barista who was handing out drinks provided poorservice. She did not confirm our order before payment, which I am used to when I go to Starbucks, then handed us our drinkswithout even saying thank you and she seemed to be irritated at us being there. The drink itself, an iced caramel macchiatotasted burned and not very good, and was certainly not up to my expectations. All in all though, while I will probably come onanother day to give them one more chance, but I can't say I recommend this location based on this experience. Read more

This store struggles?. A lot. The staff is super nice but they just for the life of them cannot seem to get their service times... appropriate. Sometimes it takes over twenty minutes to get a mobile order prepared and when it is prepared they have missedsomething on quality and you end up returning so that they can fix it? and it takes another ten minutes. And around we go. Thishas been my experience about four times now. I hate to say this but Although this store is closest to me.. I need to go back toPreston Lorimar. Ironically, the store manager and DM were sitting in the cafe the entire time watching a zoom call (veryloudly) and just letting the service go. Super disappointed.
