The baristas recently asked me to stop ordering so often to ?save some for the other customers? The great thing about that is my... order has no affect on what others buy. I returned a drink that had completely separated (curds and all) and asked it to be madeagain They returned to me: 1) The same drink 2) in a different cup 3) with a dirty lid. On top of that, their baristas gave me alemon loaf when I asked for a lime bar. I know the two fruits are very easy to confuse with each other. Starbucks has raised itsprices so much in the past two years that they should be more than able to afford making my order correct. This location hasgone down the gutter with the new manager. Do better ???????? UPDATE: What is going on with this location?? So many of myfavorite baristas have quit or transferred, I miss Jamie the most. Girl Bye. Read more
The drive thru is ALWAYS very hectic but the associates are very friendly. Sometimes the wait can be a little long (not too... long) in the morning but the lines go super fast. I skipped other Starbucks sometimes just to go to this one. Read more
Baristas are very nice and patient, they were talking about different flavor profiles and trying each other's experimental... drinks today, it was a nice vibe. Store is well staffed and clean... But this place is freezing!! I get that it's very hotoutside but please turn the thermostat up just a little. Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks in Plano! The manager is absolutely the best manager Starbucks can have: professional, friendly,... dedicated, polite, team builder, definitely lead by example! I?ve been coming to this location for 8+ years. Each year it?s slacking more and more. I decided to skip the drive thru line... which was horrendous, and was the only one in line inside the store. I counted exactly 7 employees, no one even made contactwith me. They were all in a group talking, very loudly. Not once did anyone look at me. I stood there much longer than I shouldhave. As I turned to go out the door the manager came over to help me. This is a really solid Starbucks in Plano! I?ve been coming here for years. It has a drive thru and a large sitting area... inside. The store is always super clean and the staff is really friendly! I?ve never had any issues with my drinks or any foodI?ve gotten. My orders are usually prepared really fast and the drive thru lines move quickly as well. Very disappointed. Bought a venti pumpkin late and quality was very disappointing. Went through drive through. They shorted me... some drink as posted on the pictures, and these drinks are not cheap. I took these picture before I even took a drink also Ialways let it cool so didn't notice until we got to where we were going otherwise I would of gone in and complained. I do not like this location at all. I have came here several times a week but today will be my last coming to this location.... They never seem to get my iced coffee right. Several times I have came and drink isn't blended well. I mean milk is at the topand the coffee is at the bottom. Also today I ordered a bottled water and it looks like black stuff is inside of it probablybecause of the ice machine? The guy handed it to me knowingly that I wasn't satisfied with the way the water looked but I didn'twant to complain. I just wish I could have better service. This just doesn't make sense to me at all. Also, proper training isneeded at the window like actually addressing the customer with how are you would be nice. More training is needed here. Read more
