Night and morning staff both have attitude problems. Change your employees for kinder people. Humans are in hospitals because... they are going through some issues obviously, no need to be mistreated by your Starbucks employees too. Read more

This location will never have your mobile order ready in under 20 minutes so plan accordingly.

As a current barista at a corporate Starbucks, this is easily the worst Starbucks I have ever visited because of the poor... attitude or general disinterest of the baristas. They love to argue with you about what you order and they also don't ring updrinks correctly. Basically you're guaranteed to be disappointed at the end of your visit because of the poor training and poorattitude. Read more

This is the worst Starbucks kiosk ever. Being a former manager of a Starbucks and a barista for 10 years, it is disappointing to... see so many RUDE and poorly trained baristas with the worst attitudes. They close at 10, and get an attitude if you show up at9:45. I get you?re in a hurry to go home, but your shift doesn?t end promptly at 10. The store closes at 10 and then you proceedto clean up the kiosk. They always throw stuff out prior to 10 because their mentality is to leave the store at 10. I know it?sfrustrating, but it comes with the job. The kiosk is IN a hospital. The first couple of hours of night shift is busy, sounfortunately, staff aren?t free to get coffee until around the 9:00 hour. And why wouldn?t you want to make your job more saleswhen you aren?t closed yet? I just feel like if you?re so miserable working in a coffee shop inside of a hospital, there aresooo many other jobs hiring. Read more

Love that it is in the hospital to be able to grab coffee when starting a shift. Only downfall is working nightshift and a lot... of times not being able to make it by 10pm since the first 4 hours a shift are the busiest. On top of that, they have a limitedselection by the time night shift comes in, so when you order on the app and go to get your items, always 1 or 2 things are soldout but not updated on the app. Wish they stayed open a little layer and updated their items so we aren't stuck paying for itemsthat don't exist.
