Stop by this Starbucks in Target today, I stopped for the cinnamon Dulce latte and a young gentleman named Brandon made my... drink. They wrote CDL on my drink m, for cinnamon Dulce latte. However, he thought it said CPL and it was a chestnut pralinelatte, which is what he made by mistake. It wasn?t a big deal, I actually like the CPL better, however he insisted on making methe correct drink and also gave me the CPL he made by mistake. Disappointed, the lady who's in shift at this time 2:31 pm cst December 27 disrespectful ,I have 3 kids 7,5,4 and 2 and cause... they don't wear there mask they talk to us in a rude way and when i ask for frappuccino Carmel she said they don't have it. Brandon (guy with the gold teeth) is so incredibly dope and kind spirited; he remembers almost all of his customers names if not... all of them. He greets everyone with a smile and my entire nursing team goes to that Starbucks because of how well we aretreated. He genuinely cares about the customers and he listens even if you?re small venting. Swayze the female there is alsogreat! We appreciate you guys for making coffee with a smile. Read more
This is the only Starbucks I thought to write a review for. I'm so impressed. The barrista/cashier is an african american man... with gold teeth, he is really the best most friendly barrista I have seen. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frap, and asked fordecaf, and normally that is it. He proceeded to ask if I wanted to take out the coffee completely, and it will just be chocolate(he said it's called cream-based frappucino). In fact he also said that there is another version which he can put some shot orsomething in that doesn't have caffeine but has the taste of coffee. I am really sensitive to caffeine and whenever I think ofgetting a coffee at Starbucks (cos I like the taste), I am hesitant because sometimes even a venti decaf is too much for me. AsI am sitting down, he talked to the next customer and called her name, which he said he is not sure but he thinks so, and thelady said, yes that's her name. He even rems customers' names! I don't think I have had so many surprises at a Starbucksbefore. And therefore I am writing this review.
