Every time I think going to the movies. Studio Movie Grill is my first choice of theater to go to. The staff is super helpful... and get your food super fast. Speaking the food it never disappoints. I had never been to this location until today. Went to see the new Julia Roberts movie. Got there early so my friend and I had... a seat in bar area and Levi waited on us. He was so awesome and the best guest service. He has the kind spirit. Went into themovie after Levi told us all the answers to our questions to the meal quezon we had. The we ordered the theater and Kellie wasas awesome as Levi. Thanks to all for the great guest service as we always said working for Disney. Great experience. Read more

Only good thing to really say is that the food tasted good... the mozzarella sticks were not hot... but overall tasted good. We... also had the warm pretzel bites with cheese, they were good, no complaints. My Pepsi was $5 by itself, a bit pricey. As far asthe staff, our drinks were brought out promptly, but it was almost half way thorough the movie before we got our food. It wasICE cold in the theater and the movie was EXTREMELY loud. I get it that they want you emerged in the experience, but it was tooloud. Overall, would be willing to try another location, but would not come back to this one. Read more

JUST THE BEST!!! I am from Seattle where food, assigned seats and drinks are sort of the norm. However you all win on customer... service and quality of the food and drinks!!! No one disturbed the movie, wait staff was professional in every way. My newfavorite place for a movie!! Read more

Theatre was clean and well kept and the employees were prompt and very courteous. We were in theater 1 to watch Top Gun 2022.... Sound was good, screen was small but looked OK. However, the seat backs are straight up, literally, and don’t recline at all.The server said, “yeah, they don’t recline…sorry”. Most uncomfortable chair I’ve sat in outside of a doctor’s officelobby I think. Unfortunately, it was so uncomfortable I couldn’t get over it. I won’t be returning. The trays where you putyour food are also really close to you. Strange. Food was surprisingly good and excellent alcohol options. It’s a real shameabout the torture chairs… hope this is helpful to someone. Read more

Went to SMG for the first time in several years to see “Nope”. The service was quick and the food/drinks were great!... However, the seats do not recline and felt too upright. Great for eating but not for comfortably watching a 2 hour and 10 minmovie. I was rather surprised that the SMG seats didn’t recline as many other movie/diner theaters have reclining seats.. Evenfor a horror movie the screen was rather dark and seemed like the brightness should’ve been turned up as some dark scenes wereextremely difficult to see. Read more

Rooms are small, seats don’t recline, just the ones under the screen which is literally under it. Waitress were nice, however,... service it not great. I had to keep asking for napkins, etc. I asked for popcorn no butter and it came with extra butter. So beaware! Read more

My boyfriend and I decided to see Jurassic World Dominion at this location and it was just all around a hot mess. As soon as we... sat down we knew this was going to be a LONG movie because the chairs were so uncomfortable. They are too “upright” and onlylean back if you continue to press your body weight against the back of the chair. I understand this is so you can eat, but evenfor sitting through a two hour movie this was agonizing. We primarily chose this theater for comfort so this was disappointing.When we ordered our drinks I ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. We turned on our light so someone could replace it butafter an extended amount of time my boyfriend flagged someone down for assistance. After 15 minutes of waiting for my correctdrink I was given an unsweetened tea again but with artificial sweetener. I guess they don’t have sweet tea, which is fine,but I would’ve just ordered something else if this was made clear during ordering, or when asking for a replacement. I wantedto ask for a different drink all together but it would’ve taken another 30 minutes so I just settled to not put up with thehassle. While we were ordering our food my boyfriend wanted to change his regular fries to sweet potato fries, but we were metwith “oh well I already sent it.” Keep in mind this was before we even completed our order. It wasn’t like the server leftto help another guest and we wanted to call him back after everything was settled. Card hadn’t even been processed yet. ButOk? You can’t just walk to the kitchen and write on the order what we wanted? I work as a server at a restaurant and foundthis laughable that just because it’s been sent in via computer you can’t tell the person cooking to change a simplerequest. We didn’t argue, just settled again. Unfortunately our “starter” came out with the food. Maybe consider changingthe title from “starter” to “all at once”.
