I consistently have issues with the closer at this location. She NEVER gets my mobile orders correct, and I have to walk back to... the store everytime because she refuses to pick up the phone. She is always rude and short with me, and frankly you can tellthat she just does not care about her job. I have to walk everywhere, and this is the closest Subway to me. I will not bereturning to this location until she is no longer working there. It's not worth the headache. Update: My girlfriend went to goget our sandwhiches remade, and she did it wrong again! Sign and online say 9pm, came at 837 and they are closed!! Door locked. Lazy owner and workers! Three people showed up and had... to leave in this time frame. Someone ordered online and they had to cancel their order! They said they close at 8, that?sobviously not true or nobody would even be there. They are lazy !!! Annoying. Read more

Ordered here through Grubhub. 2nd time out of two they got my order wrong. First time they forgot the dessert I ordered, this... time they didn?t make my sandwich right and left off a topping I paid extra for. Only reason I stop by here is the convenience of being close to Kroger. Otherwise you be crazy to buy sandwiches here. Very... stingy on everything (not just meat). Plus the employees are just doing what they want to do. I just asked one to put more sauceand he wasn?t even looking at me or listening to me; the other lady there said we are only looking at the subs on this side!Aren?t you supposed to have eye contact with customers once in a while? They put very little meat on sandwiches and are very stingy. Employees only speak Spanish and barely can communicate. The old... Hispanic woman was very rude and did not speak English well. They are very rude and show no care for customers. They only careabout saving money. They yell loudly in Spanish talking on their phone while customers are waiting for their food. They oftentouch customer food without wearing gloves just casually. The old employee was yelling at the younger nicer employee (who wasactually nice and spoke ENGLISH well) for putting a full scoop of meat on my sandwich. The older employees are horrible andrude! The younger employees are always nicer and show good customer service. I will never eat at this Subway again! Read more
