This place needs to be shut down. So filthy and such a horrible service. Low quality of ingredients. Super slow.

There can not just be one poor lady making everyone?s subs, answering the phones, and making online orders at the peak of... lunch! This store needs to have more help and stop being so cheap and taking advantage of a one hardworking employee. Read more

We ate at this subway today. My son ordered for me. The lady behind the counter charged him for guacamole on the Southwest steak... and cheese wrap which comes with guacamole as you can see from the Subway website. She refused to remove the charge after Ishowed her. Then while eating I found mold on the tortilla. Poor food quality and worse customer service. Read more

From the moment I walked in the door, the employee working tonight made me and my 10 year old daughter feel like we were nothing... but an inconvenience. He saw us walk in, he looked right at me, but instead of greeting he walked away into the back room. Ijust figured someone else would be waiting on us, so we waited, but no one came. I called twice for someone to help us, and itjust so happened the only person there to take our order was the same employee that ignored us when we first arrived. When hefinally came out of the back room, he seemed to be very unhappy. He walked up to the counter and just stood there, with a blanklook in his eyes, didn't even ask if he could help us. The entire time while he made our samdwhices he moved very slow, heapplied very little toppings (I had to ask him to add more of everything) and he would would not even make eye contact. He wasextremely unmotivated, he seemed irritated any time I would ask for something, and overall made us very uncomfortable. I get it,we all have bad days, and sometimes we want to be anywhere but at work, but how hard is it to greet your customers with afriendly, pleasant attitude? How hard is it to say "Hello, how may I help you?" ? I did not get the name of this employee, butwe visited the store located at 5960 W. Parker rd., it was 6:45-7pm on Thursday March 11th. I went so far as to put $2 in thetip jar because it was obvious this guy was miserable, I wanted to cheer him up. He didn't thank me, or tell me to have a niceevening, he said nothing after I tipped him, and he just stared off into space as we walked out the door. I will not bereturning to this Subway location, ever. Read more
