Ordered two bowls, started eating mine and found a hair in my food- lost my appetite- my husband continued eating his bowl as we... thought this may be a one-off situation, 10 minutes into eating his bowl, he took a hair out. When I addressed the worker andhow this totally made us lose our appetite, he said he would refund me for half of our food! Are you KIDDING me!!!! I shouldhave known better than to eat here from when I saw the plastic forks, the container with open forks sitting in it is filthy withdust and grime! YUCK! The cooks don?t have their hair ( which is long) pulled back. I will be reporting them to the healthdepartment! Disgusting, unsanitary and dirty restaurant and workers! Update!!! Left a message for the ?general manager? a fewtimes and never got a call back! This place needs to be shut down because of how filthy it is. Read more
I had a taste for Asian stir fry when I woke up from nap from working a 12-hr shift. I needed to fuel my body with some energy... so I could make a few errands while being out. The teriyaki madness was aesthetically prepared beautiful. I thought I was goingto eat everything in the bowl before I made it back home. However, the rice taste threw everything off. It had this bittertaste. Lucky for me, I can cook. Later on I came home and stir fried the rest and added my seasoning and yellow onions. Read more
A quick take out lunch from Teriyaki Madness on August 5th, 2022. Fried rice with Spicy Steak. Boyyyy that steak was spicy, but... definitely delicious ????. Price is good and service was quick. Too bad I was so hungry that I didn?t get to take a picture,but the fried rice was cooked well and matched well with the veggies. I like how the spicy sauce mixed with the fried rice tasted. Definitely a go to place if you work in the area or or are from Plano. Side note: on arrival the cook seemed a littlebother because a customer asked to change their order from non spicy to spicy. Food was good, like any other teriyaki madness but I showed up at 8.34 pm and was told they don't accept order after 8.30 pm... because "those are the rules" Um I've showed up to this same location at 8.45 pm and ordered before with no problems! I alwaysdo the "I'm sorry it's so late" tip because they have always accommodated me. I work late and often don't have time to cook...guess it's cereal for dinner tonight Thanks a lot, cashier dude without a name tag on. Read more
I used to love this place. But the last 2 visits have been terrible. Today I spent $14 on a teriyaki bowl and got no sauce and... charred (black) chicken. I had to cut the char off and make a sauce. Not good. Read more
Purchased a large beef bowl last night. Was extremely excited for dinner. Got home & took a bite & was very disappointed. Rice &... meat was mushy & tasted weird. Took two more bites to check if I was mistaken & even asked my fiancé to taste & she stated thesame results. I immediately refrained from finishing the rest && not even 10 minutes after my stomach was in shambles. About 25mins later I was bent over the toilet releasing my insides. It was horrible. Definitely poor quality food was given && poor cookto not notice the meat was bad or it had been sitting out. Now I?m calling for a refund & they never pick up the phone.Ridiculous Read more
1st time ordering from here and was pleasantly surprised at how great it taste. I had the chicken breast teriyaki bowl and the... spicy tofu bowl. Both were with Japanese rice which was amazing. Read more
Came in during lunch hour however the entire kitchen was busy fulfilling a catering order. Individual patrons awaiting their... lunch orders had wait a very long time. Gave a 3 because food is good but service for physically present customers feltunimportant. Read more
