Absolute joke. I completely understand staffing issues in the market today, but what I don’t understand is when a business... tells people no, basically saying they don’t want my business. We came in a Saturday evening at about 6:30, most restaurantsin the area are packed at this time so I was prepared to wait. To my surprise there was no wait here, we were seating instantlyto a dirty table. The server said she would return with rags to clean it which never happened. We waited about 15 more minutesand were never even able to place a drink order. When the server finally returned she went on a monologue about how long thewait would be. Like I stated earlier I completely understand staffing issues, but there was only 2 other table occupied in theentire restaurant. I tried to order a drink and was informed they were out. At this point we gave up and went somewhere else.Avoid this place at all costs. They are not only under staffed and will not serve you, they don’t care which is worse. Food was very good. I ordered wings and a classic burger. Burger was medium rare, very juicy and tasty. Service was ok, I mean... it's an airport joint and it was packed. I would appreciate some hand sanitizer on the table or at the door though. Also tablesare super cramped, like you are on to someone else's food. Overall good experience Read more
I walked in and immediately had a warm welcome by Fred, and I've had a smile on my face ever since. Fred isn’t your typical... greeter/ Host, he’s the cook in the back and loves his job so much, that he enjoys coming out from the back and interactingwith guests making them laugh, and ensuring all of their needs are met to his high level of expectations. He took mine and mywife’s order and made sure it turned out better than ever expected. Fred is awesome, and the next time you come, ask for Fredand you’ll have the most enjoyable experience ever. Stopped in to get lunch with my wife and 3 yr old daughter. I ordered the steak and wife ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta.... We had the chips and salsa for and appetizer and my daughter had the chicken strip kids meal. The chips and salsa was good butvery small in amount. The steak and potatoes were done pretty good and I did like them all though I felt as the portions of allthe food were inadequate for the price. My wife took one bite and couldn't eat her food because it was not good to her.Unfortunately the waiter served when doing refills gave us the wrong drinks ( me a water instead of my sprite and my wifeunsweetened tea instead of sweet tea) and they did offer to switch meal for wife but made a claim it would take like 25 min tocook something else for her and just removed the charge from the bill so I had to take wife somewhere else to actually getsomething to eat! Food was good but they had it freezing cold inside. We had to hurry and eat too get out and thaw out.
Easily the worst restaurant experience ever. They got our sodas drinks flat and tasty oddly like garlic 3 times. The waiter was... unprofessional. The food tasted like straight rubber and smelled horrible. All the manger could do was give us 20% of food thatall of us took one bite of the plate. Its TGI Fridays, I mean I enjoyed what I expect at this restaurant chain. I do not insist they serve the finest dishes, but I... think what they serve are always good enough for the price in both taste and portion point of view. I like this 'reliable'everyday restaurant. Read more
