We have always loved the food and the Thai flavors have been amazing. Unfortunately inthe last month there is a new owner and a NEW chef and the food doesn’t even taste Thai anymore , so please bring back the oldchefs that know how to cook Thai !!! I am okay with their food but they should be a little more concern about cleanliness. As soon as we got there saw the waitress... sweeping floor and cleaning other tables. And without washing her hands, she served us ice water not to mention her fingers gotinside the glass while pouring the water. This needed to be addressed. We don’t know how things goes around inside thekitchen, but maintaining cleanliness in front of customer matters. Read more
I was not sure of this place because I had never tasted Thai food. Once I walked into this location, I was sure I was going to... be disappointed….. but I was WRONG!!!! The customer service was awesome, the place was clean and neat. Now the food, Oh My,when I say flavor explosion. I mean this is some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Very friendly staff! Orders were taken once we were ready. Took some time to get our food but the presentation was well. Taste... did not disappoint but had better orange chicken elsewhere. Cozy place with many options. Pricier than expected. Worth trying! Read more
I really enjoyed my experience here. The place was nicely decorated and it was very clean. The waitresses were very nice and... attentive to our needs. Level 1 spice was still a bit spicy, FYI. I'll definitely be coming back with my friends! Read more

Thai Jasmine is my favorite Thai place. The service is great and we get our food quick and fresh. I’ve eaten at a lot of... different Thai places in the Plano, The Colony, Frisco area and hands down this is the best one!! The food is very consistent.I’ve been ordering here since 2019 and never had any issues. The curry puffs and rangoons are so fresh and made with freshingredients. The cucumber sauce is to die for with them! I highly recommend this place in person or Togo. I also want to addthat I see a lot of negative reviews and coming from someone that has worked in food service, it really seems these people willcomplain about anything.. None of those things they are saying are the restaurants fault I’m sure. I just don’t want anyoneto be discouraged from ordering here because of negative people. Read more
