I was really disappointed in my last visit here. The man filling my sandwich had a lot of trouble understanding which... ingredients I wanted. He would stare at me blankly when I made clear requests for ingredients that I wanted, or if he heard mehe would attempt to add it to my husband's sandwich (which was already complete as my husband was in front of me in line and hadalready requested his ingredients). This employee also put ingredients I did not ask for me in my sandwich but at this pointthis interaction was so frustrating that I let it go. On top of all that (literally) he forgot my falafel and placed it on topof the sandwich, making it impossible to wrap or eat when I got home. I love the food here. I?ve eaten at Halal Guys in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and here in Plano, the food here is... seriously consistent no matter where I?ve been. Yes, it?s still fast food, but somehow feels healthier than a burger and fries,and it?s very filling. I always get the Falafel Platter; their sandwiches are really good too. The white sauce is awesome andreally adds a kick to the food. The red sauce really packs a lot of flavors, but be careful to only add a little to your mealbecause it?s very spicy. The hummus here is one of my favorites, and the Baba ghanoush is pretty tasty too. You really can?t gowrong here, it?s all delicious! Read more
The Halal Guys at Plano...... Great Delicious Scrumptious Food !! For a limited time try out the Spicy Chicken ???? in a... Sandwich or Platter.... Also the Crafty Mango Drinks are great !!!!! Been to multiple Halal guys locations (i.e., New York, Boston, Vegas) and this one is not up to the mark. Beef seemed dry and... falafel was undercooked. Service was good and they also sell Baklava which is an added bonus. Location is good and there are abunch of other restaurants in the same complex. Overall an ok place to try, but probably not a good place if you tried otherHalal guys locations.. Read more
