I don?t normally write reviews, let alone bad ones, but the clueless staff at this location deserve one. My boyfriend and I came... here for what we thought would be a quick lunch on 9/3, and we each ordered a wrap and a smoothie (not a difficult order). Oursmoothies and his wrap came out after 10 minutes. He went up to the counter to ask if my wrap was coming and the employee said?oh yeah it?s coming.? After 15 minutes we asked again about my wrap and apparently they never made it or charged me for it. Thefact that we asked about it and the employees didn?t even care enough to check was infuriating. We agreed to pay for the wrap Iordered 30 minutes earlier as long as they took the tip that I had previously given off the card, but they didn?t do thateither. Oh, and my smoothie order was wrong. Employee attitudes are terrible here. My order was done incorrectly in store and when I brought it their attention the male... staff member who wasn't wearing a name tag looked at me and rolled their eyes as if I was in the wrong. Then I waited 15 minutesfor it to be remade!!!! Needless to say the service is AWFUL here now! Emailed Corporate and waiting for the reply. Used to lovethis store but with new employees and management its really gone south! I would advise finding another store to go to in thearea!!!! I was there 2 days ago not today. Kid you not ! You will fall in love with this smoothie place ! I highly recommend this location also. Friendly staff very... welcoming. If your in a rush no problem it should be done less than 5 mins. They are quick and efficient. Again if you nevertried their smoothies it?s not to late! You will not regret it such an amazing place. I ordered a pomegranate plunge & specifically asked that I had more fruits than ice because I did not want to have a smoothie... that taste like WATER. & That?s exactly what I have. This isn?t the first or second time my partner & I have gotten smoothiesfrom here & they don?t even taste like fruit?. Another thing, if I?m asking an employee what are you adding to my smoothie..they should be able to give me answer without an attitude. Won?t be returning, it?s not worth it. Read more
This place is absolutely fire. I cannot stress that enough. All these Karen and Kevin's blabbing away because they didn't get... their way. News flash people make mistakes and everyone has bad days. Doesn't give yall the right to make someone else's dayeven more worse with your loud mouths. As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me and I mean everyone. Answered all myquestions. I have never been to this location. I had the Baja Chicken wrap and the Kiwi Quencher with every single add on exceptWhey Protein. Absolutely best Tropical Smoothie I have been to thus far. Great staff and very friendly. I will definitely begoing there again. As long as they continue to make great food and great smoothies along with having a great staff. [5/26/2022][$20] We had local coupons and ordered two wraps and two smoothies: Teriyaki Wrap, Dragon Fruit Smoothie, Avocado... Cream Cheese, and Peanut Paradise Smoothie. Avocado Wrap came with a single avocado slice. Smoothies and my wrap were good. These are more of premium food items than your everyday meals. We paid $20 with coupons. I don?t think our coupons were rung upcorrectly but we didn?t want to haggle about coupons. Overall, food were good. Staffs were friendly and restaurant was clean. Read more
They are friendly, I got the sunrise sunset smoothie. It has strawberry, pineapple, mango and orange juice. It taste alright.... Reasonable prices. Very modern seating. Read more
