My experience today was horrible based on the serious attitude from the lady at the register. Michelle made my order, it is not... correct and she and I were discussing what went wrong. Not a problem, I understand ppl can misread the order. The problem thatmade the experience awful was the lady that inserted herself into the conversation, an brown skin either latin or indian ladywith major attitude, did not hv a full command of the English language. Very rude, kept interrupting my conversation w Michelle.When I told her the situation was under control and to stay out of it. Then she proceeds to say oh well let's give you refund. Itold her no, it was offered to be remade and I drove there and I wanted it remade. She continued to try to argue w me n say Idon't think you will be happy so you get refund. I told her no, that is not your call, I am the customer. It was obvious she gotangry because I told her to stay out of it. Ppl should really be careful of how they treat people and what they say in thiscrazy world. Anyways, it was remade and Michelle was professional. However, it stayed w me the negative energy and I returnedand told Michelle I'd like a refund, which she gave me. Thankfully the lady wasn't there when I returned. When I left the 1sttime, went to my yoga appt around the corner - ppl talk n my friends their heard about my experience. They were like- I wouldnot give my money to a place that hired ppl like that, who does this lady think she is... etc... Mike - I hope you can hirebetter. I hv been going to Vitality bowls for years, before, during, after the pandemic - multiple locations. This one is nowoff our list because of this employee. From the other reviews, it seems her go to is to offer refunds and not fix her attitudeso there is no reason to hv to give refunds. I feel like I got ripped off. I just paid 10 dollars for a 20 oz drink that is a Large. Save your money and make juice at... home. Edit: The owner just seems to be defending his business, has no concern for the customer. Read more

The staff was really nice. But the bowls were way too cold, like ice cream. The strawberry?s had no taste at all. I guess they... were frozen before. The price is too high for tasteless fruit. Read more

Ok, this is tough to post because I really want this place to be successful. I had an unsatisfactory experience with the food... here. It was my first visit and met an old friend for dinner here. I chose it specifically because we both are eating onlyhealthy foods. I ordered the pesto chicken bowl and my friend who was also there for the first time did the same. The bowls wereready in about 10 minutes. They looked ok but the veggies looked a little wilted. The first couple of bites with the pestosauce were awesome, but then I bit into some rice. I thought I was going to crack my teeth it was so hard. If it was just alittle undercooked I probably would have just worked around it. My friend's bowl was the same. We let the staff know and it tookthem at least 30 minutes to figure out what to do and give us a refund. We were in no rush as we were really focused on visitingand catching up. The staff came across as untrained. I asked if we could order something else, and they suggested having awrap. I had to ask if they had properly cooked rice and the answer was 'no'. We could see a crock pot steaming in the kitchenwhich meant it was going to be a while if we wanted anything with rice. So, we ordered without rice. The clerk charged us fullprice for that. No offer of a discount or free drink for our trouble. They were pleasant enough in their demeanor, but seemedclueless about good customer service and quality assurance. The restaurant was clean, but nobody else was eating there. Therewere a couple of takeout orders, and I wondered if they were getting food with uncooked rice. Good luck Vitality Bowls. They started saving on portion size. $13 bowl is hardly larger than an ice cream. Two thirds of a paper bowl.

My go to place for smoothies! I came for their grand opening in the summer and have been back many times. The staff is so... friendly and everything at the store is made fresh. I highly recommend their graviola and acai bowl---both are so delicious.Will be back! Read more
