Please do not go to this restaurant I just left out do to a staff member standing there by the food digging in her in nose and... no gloves when I told the manager she find it funny and let the old lady go and start serving food to the drive through areawithout washing her hands.I recommended do not eat at this Wendy's. This location is not the same. Your customer service has gone down. I've been a loyal Wendy's fan for many years. My experience... tonight was not what I expected. As I pulled up to the second window I was given my food without any acknowledgment of mypresence. No greeting, after the lady handing me my food we noticed that we were missing one of our chocolate shakes. I let herknow again without any acknowledgment from her she came back handing me my chocolate shake did not say a single word did notapologize. There was nothing complete silence. I understand times are difficult when it comes to finding the right person. Noteveryone is built for customer service. I'm sure this young lady may have some other attributes that she possesses but workingthe window is not one. Read more

This is the worst Wendy?s in TX. Night shift?s manager was arrogant, rude and disrespectful towards me. I am utterly saddened... by the behaviour and would never visit there again. Worst customer service ever experienced. Read more

October 25 around 9:15 pm we visited Wendy's located 3100 custer road, Plano. Marieli was working as a cashier for drivethrough... window. When we place the order she didn't give us the total amount of the order. When we went to the window we realized weselected a wrong sandwich & requested the cashier to change the sandwich. She showed us attitude. Then the chashier and themanager on duty were laughing about our mistake. Then we asked the cashier what did we do wrong? Instead of answering thequestion she closed the window on our face. we asked the question several times she didn't answer but showed very bad behaviour& attitude. When we picked up the food from the next window, manager was there. He had the worst attitude. The whole experiencewas very unprofessional & unexpected. We are requesting the management to trained them properly how to behave with customers andmake an example for the betterment of Wendy's. Read more

Been eating at Parker/ Custer Wendy?s for 30 years; this is the worst food we?ve ever had. Very poor quality. Even the shake was... bad- and no vanilla either. Read more

11:00 pm. Asked for no ice in my drinks at the window, instead of taking 10 seconds to refill my drinks, girl (didn't get her... name, short, black, little chunky) told me to pull forward and waited until she was done with the *next* order and for me tohonk my car horn to bring out my food. Food was cold and I only got a single dipping sauce for my $5 biggie bags. Isn't thefirst time I've had issues with this location about short sauce and cold food, *especially* fries. Read more

Staffer got my order wrong, then I had to ask another mgr., after watching the staffer started to clean the counter. Never... thought to go get the mgr for help. Finally got the mgr & was able to correct the order. It seems all these fast food places aregiving more attention to the drive thru customers and less on the lobby customers. Smh Read more

7/15/2021@ 7:55pm, I placed an order at the drive-thru. I ordered a : Taco Salad and a Loaded Baked Potato. I got: Baked Potato... w/cheese and bacon .....no butter and no sour cream No salad....only chili (which was watery....not like Wendy?s chili) salsaand a bag of chips. Pics are attached. When I called the phone number on the ticket, a recording said use remote access code.So, I couldn?t talk to anyone. This is totally unacceptable. I may never go back. sgt Read more
