Texas born and raised. I have loved Whataburger my whole life. Their service and food quality have gone to nothing. Last visit... to this location. Rude workers, store manager not only was he rude and unprofessional. But he clearly doesn't know how to takecare of his uniform, dirty, like unwashed. My first job was with Whataburger. This location regardless of revenue should beshut down. Last order we got spoiled, rotted eggs served. But got attitude when reported and they refused to give me, my moneyback. This location is trash. Drive-thru girl was rude, guess she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Not at all like the actors in... these pics. I did a breakfast order for me and my boss. After I got work. We were served sausage egg biscuits sandwiches withmolded eggs. I reported the incident to corporate and asked for a refund, never got it. Let the hand of God be against thislocation and corporate. They are evil hearted people. Read more

Whataburger will not allow survery on it's website. The company doesn't have a devops team. No survey code on receipts. The... survey says enter the non-existent code. Anyways, 5 Stars! UPDATE June 2022: WOW! Its been forever (Apr 2020) since we have been here. This was one of the first places that had a... drive-thru open after start of virus crises. Now as the character Jules Winnfield says in movie 'Pulp Fiction'; Mmm-mmmm. Thatis a tasty burger. Vincent, ever have a Big Kahuna Burger? That sums the burgers here. Tough competition in Collin County foryour burger appetite which accounts for why we haven't been here sooner. Whataburgers always taste better when you have agenerous discount for another burger as a loyalty club member which brought us in. Fast and prompt service. Made to order? No way. I ordered this through door dash. It took only a few minutes from order to pickup. Unless the laws of... physics do not apply to their grill, there is no way it was made to order. Both burgers were way overcooked and dry. Bestwhataburger I've had is in Wichita falls Texas. I do not trust this location. Worst whataburger experience ever. It's hard totell from the photo, but the burgers were way over done, tasted horrible, no juice.
