Ordered a chicken sandwich. The only thing consistent about the chicken on the sandwich was that it was inedible. The texture is... like fibrous plastic and it came both burnt and cold. I came into the store and was the only costumer there. I was looked at several times but never given service. Another costumer... came in about 8 mins after me and stood and waited. After about 9 minutes we both walked out. I went next door to the taqueriain the Shell gas station and was given service immediately. So here a photo from them. I highly recommend them Read more
Wife wanted to try this as we don't have these by us. She got the double meat meal I think it was with swiss and onion rings.... The burger itself was pretty decent size and it was better than McDonald's. Not saying much there but if I had a choice I'd getthis 10/10 times over McDonald's. I?ve never eaten at Whataburger before and my friend told me that it is a pretty big deal in Texas. We had to order the Honey... Butter Chicken Biscuit, they only serve these after 11 o?clock at night and apparently it is the thing to do. After 11 the firstsuggestion is to go buy some of these biscuits. They were very good. I wouldn?t say they were the best thing on the menu, butthey have a really good flavor. The chicken with the honey butter all on a yummy biscuit just really satisfies all cravings thatone might have at 11 o?clock at night. 6/10 We also decided what the heck and ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger. This wassurprisingly yummy. Whenever I eat a fast-food burger I compare it to McDonald?s and this was a whole new level and didn?tremind me of McDonalds burgers at all. It was juicy and had the perfect combo of mushrooms and Swiss. Definitely a 9/10. Thelast thing we ordered was the Dr. Pepper Shake. I?m not a big fan of Dr. Pepper but this blew my expectations out of the water.I would eat this every weekend if I lived in Texas, so its a good thing I don?t. I don't really like to complain but I came in here today and for the third time I was waiting for my food that was never coming... because evidently they're giving it to the wrong people or thinking they've already given it and they're not. I asked Bill themanager there if they forgot about my food and he says I don't know I just came around the corner here. He's the one that tookmy order so you're not really paying attention to if your customers are getting their food or not and you're taking their order.So I tell him this is the third time in a row this has happened to me and he just says oh I'm sorry which I heard the other twotimes. Really ridiculous saying sorry for the same thing over and over again doesn't help. Then I ask if I could have a ranchand he says sure but next time need to put it on the order when I order. Never been charged for ranch but anyways you're goingto try say something like that after you've had me waiting for my food over 20 minutes for the third time in a row. Smh Read more
