Response to owner at the end. Rude and Unclean workers. I wanted to go to a different location, but my mom wanted to stop at... this location because it was closer. A younger gentleman waited on my mom. When asked to put on gloves before handling herfood, he complied, plus he was nice and respectful. Then the gas/store cashier, walked behind the food counter, touched thecutting board, the counter, and took lettuce from the refrigerator without washing his hands. And then the older guy comes in,grab the seasoning and sprinkle my mom?s food without washing his hands. After I brought it to his attention, it all wentdownhill from there. Because he only sprinkled it and did not touch the container it was in, my mom was okay with takingit. So, on his own, he replaced it. He had to go into the refrigerator to get a new one. And because he was already frustratedI did not want him to do that because I feared he may or may not contaminate my moms food. He did not want to give me theoriginal item and was determined to give me the item he replaced. He continued to ignore my request and questions about herfood. Plus he?d stated, I wanted the food he?d come in contact with replaced. So I just took the original item along with therest of her food and left because it?s not that serious. I am only asking you to be clean while doing your job, what is so hardabout that? I did not order any food from this place and if you do, you have been warned. Response to Owner You may not servelettuce, but the guy in the black shirt, took 2 packages of romaine lettuce, 3 in each pack, out of the refrigerator. Thelettuce was in a clear package with a dark blue top. The lettuce looked molded, he took it out of the package, he pulled themolded leaf off and threw it away. As a restauranteur I often visit local spots, especially minority business owners/franchise owners. However I will not return... to this particular place because the customer service is lacking. The owner/manger was rude and very short with me as I placedmy order. I'm just one Customer and he made me feel like my business was not welcome and/or not needed. Thanks for the badexperience. My favorite local chicken sandwich spot closed down, so my partner and I gave Williams a try. I got a sandwich and my partner... got a 3 pc dark. Our chicken was cooked fresh right when we ordered. The breading on my sandwich was well seasoned, the bun wasnicely toasted, and they were generous with the pickles and fries. The chicken was, as chicken breast tends to be, a little bitdry, but nothing a little sauce couldn't fix. My partner's dark meat chicken was moist and the breading had a good crunch. Iwill eat here again next time I'm craving a chicken sandwich. Read more

This is really one of the worst meals I?ve ever had recently. Not anything to do with service or any employees. It?s just the... food, it?s not good at all. The mashed potatoes taste like they?re from a box mixed with water and butter; the fries tasted justbland and not real too, the bread isn?t good it?s pretty dry and the chicken is okay no flavor really just like everything else.Doesn?t stand out against competitors. I?d rather have grandys chicken fried twice lol and they?re mashed potatoes are amazing..so, yeah never coming back here. Read more
