We have been getting Wings from the Wingstop at Custer and Parker Road in Plano for years during football season. I think we... were as excited about getting wings as we were SEC football starting but were we ever disappointed. We got a couple dozen ofthe Hawaiian flavor and they were as dry as a bone, absolutely not one drop of sauce - not even in the bottom of the container. I think they forgot to put sauce on them. I called twice to let them know how terrible the wings were and the phone rang untilthe call dropped. Finally gave up on calling. Next time we'll try another location. Sure hope Wingstop hasn't gone down thetubes. Read more
I really wish that I could give them -3 Stars? This is my first time trying this location since I?ve been in the neighborhood... for 7 years. This is also my first time ever having pathetic service at a Wingstop. The customer service is ridiculous and theyare extremely slow. I started to ask for a refund but I was too tired to go somewhere else after I?ve already invested 35minutes into waiting for my food here. I got a dry rub that was extremely soggy that was supposed to be Cajun dry rub. Look atthe picture and tell me is it Cajun. I will not return to this trashy location again. Read more
It's all about the bounce back! We had a big 50 wing family meal that got mixed up and was missing a large fry. The manager was... super about it and offered to replace the wings and fries but driving back to their store at that time wasn't an option. Fastforward a week later. They knew exactly the order that had gotten mixed up and was missing the fries. The manager was attentiveand the team busted out our order because it WAS a bounce back opportunity! Everything was perfect, especially the wings! I amvery thankful for their service and the manager who replaced the mix up a week later! Read more
UPDATE.. 22MAY22... This location is GOOD... Staff is very friendly... Management is continuously striving for excellence, but... there's a couple of clerks or kitchen helpers that need to catch up and be on the same page... Orders on the receipt areaccurate, not matching contents inside bags... I had to go back to the store from home and still, show my receipt and request myorder to be completed since it was missing items... Was offered a tray of french fries, I replied it should be a tray of extra10 flats unflavored... Read more
I actually love Wingstop, but every time I order from this location one of my items is always missing. This is the second time... that it has happened and I just had to take my phone out and leave a review. Guys even if your bags are sealed please open themto make sure all your items from the order are there before coming home. Read more
