I had a 30 top coming in and tried to call to prepare them. They told me they don?t take reservations, which I was fine with I... just thought they would like to be prepared. When I got in, the manager tells me they are in the middle of a shift change andmay not be able to accommodate us together. I mentioned that I called in to try and help. Her first response was ?no one calledin? and I said yes we did. Her next response was ?Well we don?t take reservation? to which I told her I knew that but it wouldhave been nice for her to be aware. She then reiterated I did not call. I told her we did, again. (Why she was arguing with meon this I have no idea)I then asked to have her GM number so I can make him aware of this situation. I wasn?t asking foranything free. She then comes out with the number to tell me that she spoke with the person who took my call. No apology, yet. Iasked why she didn?t believe me. She said she didn?t say that and she was sorry if ?I felt like that?s what she was saying??.How condescending. I reiterated that I didn?t feel anything, I know what she said. She threw her hands up and started to walkaway. As we were exiting she let out a big groan. 30 people worth of sales, she is turning away. The managers name is Brandy. Icalled the number she gave to talk to someone about it. It said no one was there and to call back later, then hung up on me. 1star due to managers attitude and lack of customer service. Not because we had a 30 top and they weren?t ready. That can happenanywhere. We took our 30 people to Panera bread and they were very happy to see us. I also saw a note that the manager wrote toan employee on the podium. It was rude and condescending to the employee. It speaks volumes to how they treat their employees. Read more
We really had a good time, the waitress was very pleasant and the food was great. We had the Baby Back Ribs with honey chipotle... sauce. I really liked the sweet and hot taste to it. We've been looking for a good place for ribs, and this was it. Yum Read more
It's always busy here but we always get our food pretty quick. The BBQ on the boneless chicken wings was not a favorite. They... recently changed it. They replaced the chicken on the triple dipper (which is a favorite) which was real nice. Brandy was our Waitress, she was really sweet, knowable, and on top of things. Read more
Food is fine. Service is ok. Not always attentive even though it's not busyvat all. Im honestly irritated at them raising the... food prices. So we spent over $100 on food for a family of 4, not including the free chips & salsa. It's just so over pricedfor what you get. Its not worth it. We had the fajitas, kids cheeseburger, 6 oz sirloin, & the smokehouse combo. I understandprices have gone up but when you pay $114 & the food quality & service don't line up, it's disappointing. Servers Ashley, Debbie and Preston have proven to be amazing several times... others should step up and serve better! We are... frequent customers usually during lunch (2-3 people) and sometimes late evening: accommodating a party of five to seven peoplehave been very challenging especially after 8:30-9pm due to short staffing (as we?ve been told and having to leave to findsomewhere else to eat as a big family). We went to Chili's and it was really good. The server took our order and the food arrived quick.My wife and I ordered the Triple... Play, My daughter had the kid's Mac N' Cheese and my son had the chicken sandwich & fries. It all was very good. I would like togive a shout out to our server Grayson...he was really attentive. Our server on 6/26/22 was Ashley and she was the best server we?ve had at chilis! She was so attentive and did not rush us out... of here. She made sure we were well taken care of. When I come back I?ll be asking for Ashley as my server! Read more
