I ordered a sausage egg and cheese muffin and she forgot my sausage on my sandwich the date was 10 16 2022 time 3:4 0 a.m.
Waited at the counter for 20 minutes. Not once was I acknowledged by employees. Looked like the computers were down however... they could have communicated that to their customers. Drove three miles down the road to another Dunkin' donuts. Read more

I can count on them for my late Cafelates or anything else.???? If for some reason they don't answer the drive through at night,... just go into to the store. The store is nice and clean, just ring the bell on the counter and some will serve you. Read more
I go there quite often, via mobile order with drive through pick up usually. I would say 7/10 times the experience is great.... Sure, there are bad moments I've had, but overall this dunkin' has always been better for me than the one in town. The fast foodindustry is volatile and unkind to it's employees, unperfect days are expected. In conclusion, a good place for your dailycoffee, rough place for large advanced orders. Beware long morning lines though. The convenience of it being right off I4 can bea pain during rush. Read more
Ok service in a gas station 4 ppl and 2 seemed like they were new or clueless the blonde girl behind the register could have... played in the "1995" movie "clueless". It wasn't even busy but you'd think it was by her overwhelmed attitude. 1 drink took 7minutes and would have taken longer had I not said anything. Loved my first experience- got a Matcha Latte- iced and the lady had put caramel in mine because if her suggestion. Ohhh so... good! My husband went to pick up breakfast today and they forgot my 2 single shot espresso and put bacon, not sausage on mysandwich order. I dont like bacon ???? so I wasn't very happy about that. Atmosphere 3 stars because it's in a gas station but the workers can't help that. Other than that all was all good.
