I asked if they had the Chicken Gordita Supreme and the girl said yes. When I got to the window I clarified again. When I got my... order it was something else. I told her I asked for the Gordita Supreme and she told me they don?t have any such thing. I askedfor my money back and they were annoyed I asked for my money back and the person at the register said I ordered the wrong thingand now want my money back. When I gave them my card back to refund me they actually charged me again and then refused to giveme a receipt because they don?t know how to tear a receipt off of the machine and jammed it up. I told them I needed it as proofI was getting my money back. They refused to get it until I had them call a manager. The manager was so rude and was yelling atme through the phone while I tried to explain the situation. They kept saying ?oh she doesn?t trust us that we are going to takeher money?.? I called my bank while sitting right there in the drive thru and my bank told them it was double charged and theystill refused to believe it and acted like I was being difficult. Finally the manager asked how I wanted the refund processedand I said I would like cash back since I don?t trust them not to double charge me again. She yelled into the phone that wasn?tan option so I asked her why did she tell me to pick then. It was a terrible experience. I did end up getting most of my moneyback. Got the new grilled cheese burrito and asked to make it spicy and was charged for it but when I got home and started eat I... realized they didn?t put any jalapeños on either of our burritos. Was very good still without it but make sure to check yourfood before leaving cause they miss the little details. They be sure not to forgot to charge u!!!!! Read more
We got the taco Family pack of 10 soft & hard tacos they were horrible the meat was disgusting. My daughter got the nacho... supreme she got home home and threw it all up. I tried one of the nachos with everything on it that she ordered. It tasted likesoap the meat tasted nasty like something out of a can and it looked like mush . Also ordered the Big Beef Burrito and theseveral layers burritos. I don?t know what has happened with this chain of food but you?re better off making this yourself athome. After ordering from the drive thru, I went to check my order before leaving the parking lot. Not only were items missing, they... didn't even bother to wrap up the food. Every time I come to this location they mess up the order. The staff lacks personalpride and work ethic. Don't bother coming here, just drive down the street to Chick-Fil-A or Burger King. Read more
Just opening my Taco Bell Grande order to find my plate with more than half of my nachos missing; mind you, I picked my order... personally; so no delivery driver or anything can be blamed for this. Worst experience from any Taco Bell I?ve ever had. The lady at the window was very rude. The limited time meal came with a large... drink and she said they only had mediums and then yelled that?s all I would get. And then I asked for a bag and she said theydidn?t come with a bag. This is the best Taco Bell location I?ve ever been to. They always get the order correct and the food quality is stellar!
