It’s a Brio. A typical Brio. With all the up- and all the down- sides of the experience. The food is on-par with other Brio... places I’ve been to. BUT - almost got down to 3 stars a a strong smell of burnt provolone cheese, right as we entered. Andlater, I could smell whatever the cook would throw on that stove, fish, mushrooms, etc. Something is definitely wrong with theirvents (today?). What saved them though, and back to the 4-star review: the linens didn’t reek as in many places. An OK placeoverall. And the staff is rather on friendlier side too. Thank you, guys. Read more
First time at @brioitaliangrille for happy hour and I wasn’t disappointed! I will most definitely be back to try more items.... Service was good 8/10! The calamari wasn’t as crunchy as I would like but you can’t complain for $6 right? My lunch datesenjoyed their burgers, which were also $6. I initially ordered takeout from here for my Birthday last night. I’m here in Florida alone without even family so I decided... for my birthday I’ll to just get to go vs dining in. It was not what I wanted. I called in to let them know there was an issuewith my order, the lady I spoke to (I wish I remembered her name) was very nice and empathetic and she connected me with themanager Francesco. Long story short, I came in for dinner tonight and he made up for everything and beyond. The way his staff isand how he runs things is how a restaurant should be. I felt like I was with family for my Birthday and was even given dessertwith a candle and a note signed by Blair ????. I had my son (19) who is up North on video chat and he was even impressed. Thishas to be hands down, my best and favorite situation turned right in Florida. I wished every restaurant models after them andthe team Francesco has put together. Went for brunch, we were seated quickly. Our waiter was fast with drinks and the food. My Berries and cream was missing the... cream but it was fine, I didn’t complain. The problem we had was with the utensils. They were dirty. My friends had dried eggyoke on his and mine looked dirty and greasy with clear finger prints. When we pointed it out to the waiter he only asked if wegot clean ones, which we did; from another table. He didn’t apologize or anything close to that. He just kinda act like it wasnothing.
