I've been here for 10 minutes while no one takes my order. The person taking orders has spent most of her time simply waiting... for food to come out. She could have taken my order 10 times over by now. Whoever is managing this does not know how to run afast food joint. Read more
Great place for a quick bite. If you're into beef burgers chicken sandwich and fries...this is the best place to eat l. And... don't forget their desserts from ice cream, Hershey pies, ???? apple pies are so yummy. Oh and they have the best veggie burgerthat not even Vegan restaurant quality compares to Burger King. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I?ve visited this drive thru more times than I?d like to admit. EVERY TIME (at LEAST 5... occasions) I visit, it takes at minimum 2min (once at the speaker/menu) for someone to acknowledge you. You wait in line (do notstop and pay at the first window) and as soon as the car at the 2nd window (where you pay and receive your order) pulls off, anarm of an employee comes out of the window signaling the next customer/car to stop/wait and not pull up for at least 2-5minuntil they wave you to pull forward the window. Not sure what?s happening here but it?s poorly run and/or staffed. There is nocustomer service to say the least and such a beautiful new building. #DoBetterBK Read more
This is the worse Burger King especially for them to be new! I asked for 3 doubles and they give me 3 singles which means they... overcharged me. I?m sick them getting orders wrong. And then when I call the number it doesn?t work!!! I want my money back! Read more
You need to allow locations to update- they are not 24hrs . not sure when they close but your employees have lives and they were... definitely closed at slightly after 11pm (who could blame them?) But no, not open 24/7 - put up actual hours and let yourworkers go home at a reasonable hour. Read more
