I tried out the franchise that's located in the Broward Mall and it did not disappoint. The cheese steak was great as always. I... ordered the original Philly cheese steak, with all toppings. Yum! The bread was nice and soft, and everything tasted so fresh(sweet tea included). Staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly. You have various sizes to choose from with the cheesesteaks. I went in as they where closing and I mean just a few minutes before the mall closed (basically closed) and my experience I had... was superb. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian, and Joseph that where closing up on 5/23/2022. These 4 are definitely 5 start employees!!!!!They deserve a raise for sure!!!! Even though they where pretty much closed out for the night like the rest of the mall, theywhere super helpful and gladly made my food without a second thought. Good food but the employees stood around and took their time making my food. Gave me weird looks too, not sure why.
usually i don?t have a problem with this place but today i am slightly upset. i made sure my order had no pickles but once i... receive it, it had pickles. second, the app said my food would be delivered in an hour. fine, no problem that?s why i orderedwhen i did. it wound up taking 1 hour and 30 min for my food to be delivered. other than these instances, i had no otherproblems. just please pay attention when someone is requesting for something to NOT be on their food. The hispanic lady who was working was expecting everyone to speak Spanish. Even though i told her twice that i dont speak... Spanish she was still trying to. It took me 35 mins after my arrival at the store to get my food. I asked the same lady for anupdate. She literally told me to take half of the food that was ready and asked me to come back for the rest. Read more
