I ordered 2 meals and an extra sandwich which I didn't get after waiting 20 plus minutes!! This location and staff need to be... revamped starting with the management!! Firstly, there is so much background noise that its nearly impossible to hear your namecalled!! After all this time using this failing technique you would think management would suggest using a mic and numbersystem! All around this is the worst location we have ever been to and don't plan on patronizing this spot again!! Thislocation is truly a black eye for the Chick-fil-A franchise!! Read more
We just had to make 3 different orders to finally get it right. The first order they were missing items. The second order was... also missing items. I called the store and they said they can?t do anything about it. Also, these are supposed to be mediumfries. That looks half way empty. I?m sorry but this store needs a little more responsibility because this is unacceptable. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst chick fil a experience I?ve ever had. Kennedy the cashier had attitude the whole time... taking my order. Horrible customer service. Our food was given to us cold after waiting 30 mins. When we finally got our food itwas the wrong order and had to wait another 20 mins. Almost a whole hour until we finally were able to eat. I frequently buy from this store and the customer service in the last few visits is not up to the Chick-fil-A standards. The... fries packages are being filled only to about 3/4 of the size. This has happened more than once where I have had to return thefood. The food orders are not being checked thoroughly and the food does take a lot of time to be ready. I live close to thisstore and that is why I choose this store but will start going to the store on University for better service. This Chick-fil-A location was pretty good! The service was really fast and the employees were nice. The food was absolutely... delicious as always ?? The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because two of the employees that helped give me my order didn't say"my pleasure" after I said thank you. This is the second time I order from there and it?s the second time my daughter gets sick for their undercooked chicken. It?s... obvious she had salmonella no 9 year old she be awake at 5am throwing up and having diarrhea coming out the same time.
