I can't say enough great things about the manager Natalie at this location. When I stop in for my morning coffee and see her... face, I feel relieved knowing it was made correctly. She knows all of her repeat customers by name and will quickly correct anymistake in your order done by someone else. I've been coming here for a couple years now and can confidently say she is theirbest asset. If it weren't for her, I would not frequent this location. Thank you Natalie!! You're the real MVP!! Update: 7/29/22 I know what you?re thinking - why come back if I had a bad experience. Well because I?ve been coming here since... 2010 that?s why and i believe in second chances. Let me tell you my experience today, the manager refused to make a drinkbecause there was no ice cream for it even though I wanted it without the scoop of ice cream. The new tiger milk bubble tea isthe drink I?m referring to. It?s a tea mix they have pre-made they add brown sugar syrup add the brown sugar bubbles add icethen pour the mix and top with a scoop vanilla ice cream. In my opinion the brown sugar syrup they put in the cup is sweetenough for me so I prefer it without the ice cream. She flat out told me she could not make it because there was no ice creameven though I don?t want the ice cream. That?s like going to a restaurant ordering a dish and saying no onions only for thewaiter to turn around and say it comes with onions the kitchen can?t make it without onions. They had all the other ingredientsto make it just not the ice cream. I do not understand the logic . ???????????????? CUSTOMER SERVICE . 3 OUT OF ALL THEEMPLOYEES ACTUALLY CARE. I order the same coffee every time. THE SAME COFFEE. A latte with TWO SHOTS OF ESPRESSO. It isnt asmilky as a regular latte. So when i asked if the extra shot was in my coffee because it appeared too milky to me the girl saidyes and i asked her again are you sure she said yes. The woman behind her goes and says "i dont know what you want me to tellyou" . EXCUSE ME. I want you to tell me you made my order correctly ! I do not come there to see you, i come there for mycoffee . Ive been a repeat customer for years. They are constantly burning food, hash browns are dry, disorganized, and nowbaristas with an attitude. Seriously , who ever the owner is maybe you should explain to your staff the importance of customerservice to your staff. Read more

As I waited for 20 minutes for my drink to be made after making a mobile order, I watched them make food using the same pair of... gloves. Not changing them once. Touching everything... They may as well have just used their bare hands. To top it off, theyclaimed the mobile order didn't go through, even though I was charged for it and the order was in my transaction history. Read more
