I started going to this Goji location since it?s close to my new job. I never had an issue before until this past Friday I had... the chicken pesto wrap for lunch & it was the only thing I ate that day. Friday night I started to get an upset stomach and onSaturday morning I was sick all day with food poisoning. I was throwing up with various other symptoms; it was awful and thefirst time I?ve ever had food poisoning. Another recent review said she had a similar experience so I would guess that thechicken is contaminated. A fair warning because I truly loved Goji but with this experience, I will never go back again, and forthe extremely high price you would expect quality food. Read more
Was excited to try this place because of what they offered. My 1st order was an online order after downloading the app. I... consumed the salad within 30mins of picking it up and almost immediately felt sick with GI upset???? I also ordered a soup whichI did not even taste because I didn?t want to take any chances. I have been a customer to the locations in Fort Lauderdale and Cooper City. I went to this location on a weekend with my... daughter. I was excited that we finally have one in Plantation and I don?t have to drive far. I tired to make conversation andthe employee that took care of us completely cut me off and was very rude. I went again during the week and it was the sameperson. I smiled at her and said good afternoon, and again, she was still rude. I rather drive to the Other locations were Iwill receive good customer service. Also, she did not add spoons or crackers to my soup bag which was very odd. It wasn?t busyat all. Read more

Food is good and I?m a long time customer at the Cooper City location. I give two stars because of the poor customer service and... overcharge that occurred during my visit. I placed a very large order over $60 and for one wrap I wanted to switch Tuna forchicken and was told the tuna could be removed but I would be charged $4.76 for chicken. I agreed to the extra charge and askedto have the tuna on the side since I was paying double. I was told they couldn?t give me a side of tuna and still had to pay toreplace the chicken. So I paid for two proteins and only got one. I ended up paying $19 for a chicken wrap that?s unacceptable.Won?t come to this location anymore. Read more
Poor service- my company is across the street and we placed a group order at the plantation location. The website says 1 buy get... 1 on the soups. They never sent us our second soup as per their promotion. We called and told them we would come and pick themup at the store, there was no need to resend out another Uber driver, and they refused, wouldn?t honor their ownpromotion. Also a bunch of my colleagues ordered sandwiches that were supposed to come with tabouleh salads and no salads weresent. Read more
