The food was delicious. We enjoy Chicken Pancake, a Combo with strawberries, a French Toast and another Pancake. The portions... are huge and really good! The ambiente typically for an IHOP. Our service stuff was okay not tje most friendly one but okay. Wehad to wait long and ask for additional coffee. But we would recommend and go again. Read more
Ordered a big breakfast for pick up. The person that took my order over the phone was very pleasant and thorough. When I arrived... at the store the hostess and cashiers greeted me with a smile. The food was hot and ready. The order was correct and nicelypackaged with all condiments needed. Thank you for the excellent service as it is hard to find these days. Read more

This place can't figure out their hours. I ordered using the mobile app, which listed their closing time as 12am. I arrive at... 11:30pm to pick up my hour to find it dark and closed. The sign on the front door confirms the hours listed in the app, but hereit is, obviously closed. As I stand outside trying to find a way to cancel/refund my order, a young lady comes out and closesthe door as she exits. After exchanging pleasantries, I ask if they had a staffing issue without referring to the sign in thedoor. Her response... "No, we usually close at 11(pm)" So the app and the sign say 12am, she tells me 11pm, and the Googlelisting says 10pm... I'll just order before 9pm next. Time just in case. Read more

Tried using app for delivery and it wouldn't work. Chose pick up and went in. In the 10 minutes I was there 3 people came back... from their pick up all had wrong orders. Main issue was that we ordered Biscuits and Gravy and got no Gravy. Also ordered a 30ozlarge soda and they gave he a small. Work on order accuracy and service. Read more
The food was super delicious, but the service wasn't very good. Our waitress couldn't care less about us or any other customer;... she seemed miserable at her job. She didn't give us eye contact, smile, or introduce herself. She didn't fill up our watereither. It definitely put a damper on the environment and I'm not sure if I'll come back to this location for a while. Read more
OMG I went to this IHOP on Veterans days and was asked to pay for my meal because I was a few minutes late for my complimentary... meal. I felt embarrassed and unwelcome. As the older lady waitress well that special is over. She did go the extra mile to makemy experience a good one on National holiday for this veteran. Never again will go this IHOP for a meal.
