The fat kid in me ordered the steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas and was not disappointed. Most the time I'm not a big fan of... the veggies in fajitas. But the oinions and red bell peppers were grilled to perfection and bathed in flavor whose only drawback is that you've got to wait for the sizzle of the skillet to cool before cramming them all in your mouth. I honestly can't believe I'm just now getting around to writing a review of this place. La Bamba has been our family's go-to... numero uno favorite restaurant for 15+ years. Their menu boasts a huge assortment of both Mexican and Spanish dishes. Portionsare plentiful and reasonably priced. Our absolute favorites are the Chicken Fajitas and their Pollo ala Plancha. The serversare all so friendly and accommodating to whatever our requests are, even if we want to split a dish. Now that our kids are olderand out of the house, whenever they come home to visit, La Bamba is always tops on their list. You can visit any of their sixfamily-owned locations in: Delray, Margate, S. Ft. Lauderdale, N. Ft. Lauderdale, N. Palm Beach and Plantation. The largestseats 234 people. One brother works in the kitchen and one sibling in the dining room of each of their locations. This restaurant is on my regular rotation of local restaurants. I'm quite surprised I haven't ever left a review considering I... have probably been here at least a dozen times. Noel was our server today; he was also our server on our previous trip and hevery professional and attentive. I was quite happy to have him as our server today. The chips were fresh and the salsa wasperfect as usual. I was able to try 3 different margaritas while I was there and I will say that they were all awesome. Theentrees arrived in a timely manner and everything was amazing. I love there Beef chunks, I would highly recommend it. This place was delicious! Second time coming here and I do not have anything bad to say about this place. My party and I were... seated right away and we got the chips and salsa. The food is absolutely delicious! Healthy, tropical and Latino culture; left and right. I've ordered a chimichanga with chunk... beefs and tried the house Margaritas.
