Great energy here. Immediately greeted by multiple staff members even though they were slammed. Excellent bagel. I ordered the... ?Shannon?. It?s a salmon/nova/lox type of sandwich. And subbed regular schmear for the bacon cheddar chive. Highly recommend. Read more
Food is amazing. This is our go to staple. However, with plantation getting more and more populated, the waits for pick up get... longer and longer. The only downside is pickup time is never accurate and always gets extended... then still never ready by lasttime. If you're starving at 10:30 on a Saturday, be prepared to wait 50 minutes for a pick up order or order somewhere else.However, if you can get a real early start or do a pick up during less busier times, you'll have a better experience. Today weordered only because food would be ready by 10:42 AM and we were starving (or we would have ordered something faster). We got atext this is extended to 11:02. We arrived and were told it would be another 10-20 minutes. Setting realistic expectations forhungry people will def create a better experience and avoid hanger. Read more

Yummy. It was my first time there, and I got there just before they opened. I met some of the super friendly staff, and I... offered to help get the outdoor tables and chairs set up. I was craving a bagel, and it was delicious, but I was told that themuffins were still hot Fresh out of the oven...yup got one as well, plus a coffee for the commute to work. Wow, that girl Nicolewas running the phones and the ordering system while simultaneously greeting regular customers by their first names. She wasdoing all that before I had my first sip of coffee. Great breakfast and lunch for 30+ years?even when ownership changed a few years ago. Great tuna fish and white fish for any meal... there or in tubs to go. If you also appreciate great staff then this place can?t be beat. You will never have your coffee cupleft empty for long. Very clean and friendly experience. The booths are separated by plexiglass and the staff is very diligent in keeping everything... safe and sanitized. The food is great and the service was prompt. The wait wasn't too long. On nice days there is out sideseating and for on the go there is take out or order ahead. Read more
