This place is the absolute worst! ALWAYS out of either chicken, steak, sandwiches or sauces, they close whenever they feel like... it, the staff has an attitude, and you always wait forever regardless of how many people are in front of you. Today I waited inthe drive through for 15 minutes just to be told the system was down. I also sent an email to their headquarters and they don'tbother to respond. Tired to order the Churrsco Steak online and everything looked fine. When I got to the pickup location 300 N St Rd 7 Plantation,... FL there was no order and I was told they were out of steak and I could not get a refund. I would have to accept chicken as asubstitute and I would get an extra piece of chicken for my trouble. Pollo Tropical online order site is clearly broken andneeds to be repaired. Pollo Tropical costumer service is sorely lacking a great deal. Ate here because someone gave me a BOGO card for free. Stopped eating here long ago because of the long wait and salt content... of the grilled chicken, my go-to choice. I pass this location almost daily on my commute, always a snake line of cars. Not agarden snake long, python long. PT definitely over-rated, however, it?s convenient enough for those who do not wish to or knowhow to cook I guess. Two cars were at the drive thru as I waited to turn onto the driveway from 441, it took about 15 minutesfor me to receive my order. The mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and delicious. I can?t comment on the chicken because thechicken quarter was so small, it was more like a chicken nickel. Scrawny. The slaw was tasty and the roll was a roll.
