Poor customer service. The order taker snapped at me because I asked her what sides came with it. Hope they get my order right... as it's a hit a miss with this place. I really don't know how they stay in business with the people they have working there. Iguess people just like me just deal with it in order to get the decent food. Read more

I am not satisfied, the food is a very small portion compared to how it used to be ; It feels more like you?re getting tricked... into thinking you?re getting a proper meal over actually getting what you pay for. The place is dirty and you can tell it?sunderstaffed. The lady at the register was very polite but as you look around you can see that people are not happy with theirjob, they hate their job. It?s unpleasant to be in such an environment. Plus the female manager onboard was extremely rude thethe young man whom she hovered over while he served the drinks. She apparently didn?t care much about how she treated him eitherbecause she slaps down the cups while she corrected him very loudly. No wonder they?re not very happy in the work environment. Came here at 6:00pm on Thursday January 20, 2022, it was busy which was expected. At first the order was missing a few items and... was caught because I checked my order. Went back got everything, unfortunately I can?t check the inside of my chicken. It waslike a raw steak, blood still inside the chicken. New to Florida and heard all the great buzz about this restaurant. We waited over 25 minutes overall waiting in line and... collecting our food. We were told to ?hold on? multiple times when trying to order. Once we got to the window to collect ourfood we asked for the avocado sauce and the lady stated that ?she just can?t keep giving those out?. Mind you we paid over $20for our food. Long behold the green sauce was in there inside the box. The customer service here is extremely poor. Read more
