I was skeptical to go here at first because of <4 rating . But glad I ultimately went! What a lovely experience. Our server was... absolutely wonderful. The wait time was less than 5 min . The biscuits were so soft to start with . We were a party of 2 andordered market price 1.25 lbs lobster. We could pick our own live lobster . While we were waiting , the server gave us extrabread and additional salad (outside of 2 sides) just to make up for the wait time . The lobster arrived after 15 min and it wasdelicious. Boiled to perfection, I also ordered Bahama Mama which was a nice drink as well. I am definitely coming back . Gotgreat food and exceptional service . Read more

My friend and I went for lunch. It took a while for the server to come but she was very friendly. The cheddar biscuits were... very yummy, hot and fresh. The caesar salad was good, but had too much dressing on it (a good option would be to have it on theside). The strawberry lemonade was excellent (free refills also!) The salmon and baked potato were a little bit salty, as wasmy friend's shrimp linguini..well hers was unbearably salty. We told our server who alerted the manager. The manager was a veryfriendly lady who got her meal replaced with a salmon meal. It seems like they use a lot of salt, so make a note of that if youhave high blood pressure or just don't want to tolerate that much sodium. Overall, it was a good experience. Read more

I hadn’t been to this particular red lobster in a few years. I had a gift card and decided to get the crab and lobster pizza.... Which is always good. Every bite tasted fresh. I had gotten my order to go, the way it wasn’t long l. The biscuits tasted likethey used to, delicious. Blend of Maine, langostino and Norway lobster, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and sweet basil. Good customer service, magnificent cocktails, okay meal a bit too much salt for us.

We came out to celebrate Brandons 20th birthday. The wait time to be seated was about 30 mins. We were seated in the bar area.... The experience was only okay because it took a long time to get our food due to our server was also the bartender. I just dontthink they had enough staff to handle the people. Finally our food arrived to have my eldest sons food be missing. Evidentlythey were out of rice for the bowl. But shouldn't the server of noticed that a while ago. The kids kept busy as they werecracking jokes on each other and on me. The staff did come and sing happy birthday to Brandon and my granddaughter loved thatshe got to chime in. The Worst Red Lobster ever!!! I tried it again after being disappointed the last time and here I go again after speaking to a... Manager and they promised me better service! I guess the joke was on me! Only go here if you wanna see a bunch of Hostessplaying around no Customer Service, The food was cold and dry after spending almost 1 hour longer waiting (More than my promisedtime) and on top of that When I did call to complain kept getting put on Hold!!
