Nice staff. Usually always friendly. Store is nice and new. But I mean never. Ever can they get one single drink order of mine... correct. Whether it?s just a cold brew with cold foam. Or an iced espresso. It is never correct. If it?s 5am or 7pm. Stillalways wrong. Read more

This Starbucks is so slow and I understand it is because of the traffic but even when you walk in they do not greet you with a... smile you have to continuously say excuse me. It is the closest one to my home so I usually order on the app for pick up 15-20mins before leaving my house. Very convenient. Read more
Update: Gave it another try...got the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, Perfect! But I did not modify the drink.Previous:It may just be... me, but they never get my drink right!!. It's a shame because it's a big nice newer store with outdoor seating! Read more
3:30 pm I went in to get my afternoon coffee and waited by the register for a good 5 minutes as I watched 6 employees go about... their business see that I was waiting to be attended and all of them completely ignore me. Not even an acknowledgment of myexistence. I was the only person at the register. What really blew me over the top was the guy behind the counter went to thefront, next to me - and proceeded to restock or organize the sandwiches as if I was not there. Possibly the WORST service I haveever experienced in my life. I left and will never go back. I hope this gets to corporate and they see the personnel working atthis location. I've never had a problem with this starbucks before, I come here a lot since I work at the mall next to it and order the same... two things. Ive ordered the same thing with one of the drive thru cashiers, the first time she misheard me and the drink cameout wrong so I just told her what it actually was. No big deal. The second time I order the same thing..and it's made wrongagain. Im not sure if it's cause they can't hear me well through the drive thru but I wasn't making it a big deal...except tohear the employee start talking bad about me while her manager helped me out. I also work in customer service so I understandbut she could have at least waited for me to pull away before talking about me.. Read more

Got the order wrong. And the chairs were so uncomfortable. Doesn?t even pass a vibe check. The only good thing is that it has... outdoor seating, but when it?s raining like when I went it isn?t worth it at all. Read more
