Online pickup order. 3 sandwiches. Every sandwich was wrong. Wrong bread, wrong cheese, wrong vegetables. No sauce. I repeat, no... sauce. At least it was on time and wrapped correctly. Read more

We spend over 35 dollars on sandwiches. The guy was talking to his co-worker the whole time. He made the sandwhiches while... talking. His spit flew on the sandwiches. My husband nentioned that if he really needs to have a conversation with his co-workerat the same time he makes sandwiches, he should wear a mask. We brought the food home, but lost our appetite. Disgusting hownobody trains employees anywhere. Read more

I put in a pickup order. When I showed up the store looked closed down, and the man working informed me that they don?t have any... bread. They also had no cookies, and the store was a mess and looked abandoned. He told me that I had to contact Subway directlyfor a refund, then I was told that only the store can issue a refund. Now the owner tells me that store policy does not allowrefunds but I can come back for my order. Horrible customer service, and refusal of refund. I don?t see this location making itmuch longer. Wow what a horrible experience . Today 08/02/2019 at 730pm Terrible customer service. I asked for a tuna melt wich is tuna and... cheese . And the sandwich maker clerk LOOK AT ME LIKE SHE WAS SEEING AN ALIEN Then she look a the manager and the managerASKED ME WITH ATTITUDE... WHAT DO YOU WANT ?? i responded ' tuna and cheese please can you please continue doing my sandwichi can tell you what to put in ... That was embarrassing making me look like an idiot between the two employees for calling mysandwich a tune melt.. As im paying i asked the manager ' what's your name ? HE'S LIKE . MY NAME IS MIKE. then HE ASK me .WHATS YOUR NAME ,.?? im like im sorry sir i dont have to tell you my name . I don't work here . THEN He SAYS OH THAT'S WHY IDIDNT TELL YOU MY REAL NAME as im walking away the manager "MIKE " starting me kicking me out of the store CALLING ME STEP OUTOF MY STORE RIGHT NOW .. i felt treated and intimidated the way he came at me . Today Monday, September 24 at 8 pm, me and my husband went to the store and the worker who was attending, at the time we came... in, treated us very badly because we entered the shopping cart of publix full of bags and my husband came with our baby in arms. The first thing he said and in a very bad way, was that the car should be removed from the store, at that time there was onlyone customer and at the door there is no warning that you cannot enter with shopping carts as you can see in the photo. Afterleaving the car in the entrance my husband and I spoke in Spanish how many pizzas we were going to buy, the man looked at usbadly and when we were ready to order, in English the guy told us he did not have pizzas and that we should leave. The truth isthat i'm very annoyed and dissapointed with the service and discrimination of this employee, and because we are Latinos, hetreated us like trash. I hope you take measures with this class of people who, because they are employees, feel they have theauthority to treat people that way. Read more
