They appeared to possibly be short staffed. Our server was nice but not extremely attentive. Offered refills once and only... brought 2 of us them. Appetizer wasn't right size or items. The burgers and chicken tenders were over cooked. The patio door wasopen making the area humid. It just wasn't a good experience overall. Very disappointing for the money. Read more

I had about a 5 minute wait before being seated. Seems like they were short staffed because the wait time to order and get the... bill was also long. Others were also waiting to be seated and waiting on their bill. The food was good. We ordered the Bucketof Bones platter. It was more than enough to share for two persons. The new whisky glaze blaze sauce wasn't that impressive. I'massuming the blaze means hot/spicy, which it was by no means (they had whisky glaze and whisky glaze blaze). They have a goodspecial on Mondays at 5:00pm - 50c wings and $2 beers. Also happy hour specials (clearly, they invented it lol). Read more

Chelsea has been my bartender for years. I love her. Her energy is amazing. Beautiful soul inside and out. I always return... because of her. We will laugh and always have great conversation. Keep it up!!! Read more

My daughter and I was seated, food and drink orders were taken and no one attended us to bring our drinks or appetizers that we... ordered in over 30 mins. We waited patiently until someone finally asked if we were helped I said no, explained myself anddecided to leave. I can only imagine if drinks took that long imagine how long the food would take. I would understand if therestaurant was busy or short staff but no one seemed like they wanted to work. I sat in an area where other customers are beingserved. This wasn't the best experience but I will not come back again to this location. Read more

Staff is amazing at this location. Anthony & Jonathan are awesome & our server Jada is THE BEST will always request her. I... had guest from out of town & they wanted to enjoy the outside dining the original server refused to serve us on the outsidehowever Jada jumped in (cause they really wanted to dine out) & she served us with a pleasant attitude & a smile. It is 11:00 p.m., in Broward county, Plantation to be specific. You get the litmus call from your tummy.. hunger, hunger,... hunger! Where in the heck do you go for a nice meal 11:00 at night on a Monday. I'll tell you where.. TGI FRIDAY'S. That'swhere.... Not only do they leave the light on for you, but you also find lots of signs of............... WELCOME! BEM-VINDOS!HU?NYING GUANGLÍN! At the entrance, you'll receive your first taste of the superior customer service. Their customer service isakin to the results of rubbing Aladdin's lamp. Immediately you get a sense of your wish is my command. The choice of eating inor carry out is offered. If dining in you are escorted to your table or for those as I did, carry out, you are directed to thespecial area for carryouts. I place my order, -of which the server at the takeout window is all accommodating in my specialrequest. And though it's a 25-minute wait, I press on. I pick up my order in 20 minutes and I'm on my way.. I will say it wassomewhat of a younger, college age of local folk enjoying TGI Fridays, there is this very festive and jovial group of youngladies, who literally took the party out to the parking lot after they finish their TGI FRIDAY'S experience.
