Called, and was told that they carried a type of Cheese I was looking for. After driving almost 15 miles, they didn?t have any... of the cheese. Poor customer relations. Walked out disappointed! Read more

The cheese course has gotten very expensive for what you get. The service at this location wasnt great. There was a very strong... smell of chlorine and my friend ask why it was so strong since she is allergic to it. The cashier made a face and startedtalking in Spanish, not realizing we speak Spanish, and said: I wonder how clean her house is..? That's simply rude speciallybecause it was a health issue not because she was being picky. In general the service was not great. The sandwich was supersmall and super pricey. Read more

Online it states that they close at 7:30, I showed up 30 min before they closed and was told in person that they closed Doesn?t... make sense Called the place to see why I was unable to order take out half an hour before close time and the guy who answeredthe phone couldn?t give me an answer. He barely understood English (shocker) and hung up mid conversation. Will never go backthere again. Maybe instead of hiring a bunch of foreigners for pesos on the dollar who have terrible customer service, hirepeople who can speak English and get the job done . Read more

This place used to be awesome. During the pandemic, they raised the prices. $50 for a board with two meats and two cheeses. It?s... kind of insulting. But I?m not here to complain about the prices. I actually came here to complain about the staff. They areabsolutely miserable, never smile, stare blankly when I ask simple questions, and are just generally unfriendly and unhelpful.It?s like they are mad about having to work. I?m sure other people would be happy to do this job. I don?t get it. They make moreper hour than I did when I had these kinda of jobs. Back then we were lucky to make $8 an hour to do more work. None of thestaff has a basic grasp on English either. Diversity is fine, but being able to communicate with English speaking customersseems like a basic qualification. Maybe the owner of this cheese course has too much business and doesn?t need to retaincustomers. I?m not sure, but I am sure I won?t be back until they can get back to a basic standard of service. This place is not clean! Dust on surfaces, with insect droppings, too. Lots of fake flowers also covered in dust as well as... light fixtures. I wonder about the condition of the kitchen as everyone is just standing around back there. $40 for 2 beers and2 soup/sandwich combos. My Serrano ham sandwich (2? at widest x 6?) had one slice of ham. One slice in an $11 sandwich. Persontaking the order didn?t hear our second beer order so we had to get that addressed. Staff is just standing around. The conceptis good, but the service and unclean environment make this a one and done spot. Don?t waste your time or money. No one cares,here. Read more

Definitely not the experience I had in the weston location. From the moment I walked in it was like ordering at Pantera Bread,... staff was not greeting anyone nor seating anyone. Orders were started at there own discretion not when they were placed. Itwasn't packed at all and I still had to wait quite a while for my food. Food quality was still great so that was definitely aplus. My coffee was a cappuccino it was definitely good but not work $5 in the small cut the was not even filled halfway. Iwould definitely say they need better management at this location. Read more

Good food but very poor service. The order was wrong and they did not apologize for getting it wrong. Absolutely no Customer...
