Yeah, you can see within the past month or so many people are leaving 1 start reviews. I don't know what happened to this... location I've been ordering from here the past 4 years and have never been disappointed but I'm assuming it has to do with theirnew staff that the food is no longer satisfying. Not only does the food take hours to get done but its really bad. I got tendersthat literally looked like plastic today and flavorless fries. And since when does wingstop run out of ranch, NEVER!! What ever happened to good customer service? I believe that if an establishment makes a mistake it?s their job to rectify the... issue. I placed an online order at 11:30pm, beyond the 12am closing time. I get to the restaurant expecting to pick my food upand the employees look dumbfounded like they have seen a ghost. They haven?t received my order ?because the online system wasdown?. Cool, it?s about 11:40pm at this point. The manager tells me that it will take over an hour to ?turn the machines backon? and that she will give me a refund. I asked her if she could make them, and she did not even make an effort to do anythingabout it and just said that she?d give me a refund. Mind you there is still 15 minutes left till closing. While I?m in therestaurant a gentle man comes in at 11:45 and she turns him away and says ?we?re closed?. 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING time.Seriously? Read more

I was told it was not their problem because they use door dash, Even... though I had my phone # in the instructions to call if they cant find me. I made an online order with 4 different orders of wings. The food was approximated to be ready at 9:30, and when I got there at... 9:30 I had to wait until 10 for the food to be done. There were at least 9 people behind the counter working too, so I don?tknow what the delay was. When I got home, many of the orders were messed up. One order was supposed to be bone in the otherboneless, stuff like that. I ordered 6 boneless wings? I got 4 boneless wings 1 bone in wing and a chicken tender. What?? Notonly was the food 30 minutes late but the order wasn?t even right despite there being at least 9 employees there at a time.Disappointing, especially since the order was not cheap. Read more
