I work down the street at a Dr?s offc & always order online. My order is always done fast, which is great because I just take 3... mins walking down the street to get my order and come back to my patients.The staff is friendly and welcoming. Ive only had 2problems and it?s when someone else accidentally took my order, but both times the staff offered to remake it for me with noissue. Read the names on the mobile orders people.. not only are you taking someone else's order and wasting their time butyou?re also wasting the employee?s time .. be considerate .. anyways .. keep up the good work! Everytime I go here, I order my coffee and I?m stuck waiting for 15 min even though I was the first in line to order. It seems... to only happen to me. Yes I?m African American and I hope that?s not the reason I?m always being served last. Read more
The dunkin in southington ct off rt 322 is one of the best. They r fast with the drive thru and if you go on a regular basis... they remember your order. They always say to me MEDIUM REGULAR COFFEE?. It's a good feeling. Read more
Idk what changes were made over the course of 6 months but this Dunkin is awful. I asked for a coffee light and sweet, but... recieved a cup of milk and sugar essentially. Then I had to ait there while the staff openly talked about how I didnt know howto order my coffee. I'll never be back. Read more
