I placed an online order and chose curbside but after 16 minutes of waiting, I went into the restaurant to see why the ?fast?... food was taking so long. I wasn?t even given a reason other than ?we are working on it? and the staff is so rude. My smoothiewas sitting out getting warm (and was 3/4 full at best) but also the elderly woman behind me asked the employee to help her geta straw and the employee rolled her eyes at a 90-year-old woman. This is fairly standard for this location everytime I go andmany people on Southington Talks agree that this location is probably the worst one. The staff is notoriously rude and the foodis notoriously cold. Just do yourself a favor and choose another location unless you like cold food, warm smoothies andrudeness. The poor elderly woman?s face when she had this 17 year old roll her eyes at her. She looked so flustered and said ?Ijust want a straw for my coffee sweetie, I?m sorry to bother you!? HOW IS SOMEONE ALLOWED TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS! Justgo up a few miles and Meriden has one that?s marginally better. Read more

It's a busy McDonald's, but that's how you get fresher fries! I use the pickup option a lot. Using the app to get rewards, this... is my go-to McDs. One downside is exiting and turning left to the intersection. Luckily, I don't think it's not much of aproblem. Read more

They totally messed up my order when I went to the counter and told the young gentleman who took our order he said that is what... we order and won't even fix it. Then when I left the place instead of arguing I called and asked to speak to the manager and itseemed has was happening so I recommend anyone not to go to this McDonalds because they screw up an order and will not fix itand blame it all on the customer and their models customers are always wrong but they need to remember customers are alwaysright I know what the hell I order for my breakfast Read more

They have downsized everything and raised prices now the food is lousy. Used to be the best fries, now dog won't even eat them... and burgers are mealy and tasteless...ick! Read more

This place really needs to work on their staff in drive-thru. Two times, while moving, we stopped there for a quick bite. We... were trying to make it to storage before they locked up for the night, so we had time constraints both afternoons. We had thesame server both times. She confirmed our order verbally both times. And handed us a completely wrong order...BOTH times. Thebags were already packed, and had receipts with them both times. Is she unable to read? I would think that would be screened forand addressed during the hiring process. Surely drive-thru is not the place to stick her. Really nice updated interior, there are outlets all over the place if you need to charge up. I?m always looking for places to... relax and charge my EUC along my routes. This was a great spot with a good atmosphere to refuel my stomach as well as my wheel.The staff were pretty friendly. Read more
