What a HORRIBLE experience. This isn?t the first time but it will be the last time we visit sliders due to horrible service. The... past three times we have been there, there has been an issue. First we were being seated and a waitress didn?t want any morecustomers so she rudely gestured to the hostess not to seat us in her section (I?m sure she didn?t intend for us to see) then wewaited 15 minutes before our order was taken, 15 minutes after that we got our drinks and 20 minutes after that our main dishwere brought out before we even received our appetizers! We had to ask the bus boy where our appetizers were. During this timeour waitress was MIA. We were then given our wings without plates or napkins. We had to get up and ask our waitress for ourcheck at which point we spoke to the manager who seemed less than interested to have a discussion about the horrible servicethat was being provided during our time there. Our waitress finally came over 10 minutes later with a receipt and did not evenapologize for any of the experience that we had and told us to have a good night We certainly are not difficult when it comes toservice and generally do not make a big stink but this was the straw that broke the camels back. How many times can you give badservice and remain in business. The entire staff walked around not one with a hospitable demeanor. There is no excuse that ?theyweren?t staffed? as they were better staffed than on nights when we?ve gotten better service. Honestly the owners of slidersshould really take a hard look at this location and the manager running it. She doesn?t seem to care. Read more

What an amazing experience we had for a private 50th Birthday party! To book a private party it was so easy to look at all the... food, package and bar options on their website! Alicia the manager was wonderful to work with, all the details were arrangedahead of time and the party turned out exactly as planned. The food came out hot and at the exact time we discussed. Our serversTom and Ashley were so attentive and kind! All the guest commented on how great the wings, meatballs and Mac and cheese were. Iwould 100 percent host another party at sliders!
