They dont honor coupons there,i went in to buy buy one footlong get one free ,with a coupon and no where on the coupon said that... veggie burgers were excluded,so i could not get a veggie burger and opted for the bmt.i gave the girl buy one get one freecoupon. Well i ended up paying full pryice gor 2 footlong .i never got a free one. I never thought of ir but wgen i got home andlooked at my receipt,i ended paying 12.99 plus i bought 3 cookies with tax 16.00 dollars and some change.this is the secons timei have been there and same thing with a coupon they did not honor.so why is subwsy putting out coupons that there stores wonthonor .i wont go to subway anymore . They do not take direction well. I have to repeat myself 4 times, literally four times, for everything. I said it for double... protein and type of cheese. I say no toast, it gets toasted anyways. I ask for a avacado, I get ignored. Oy! I ask for 2drinks, they both thought I said chips. This is the second same experience I had with these 2 people. It's painful. Never goingback. Never... I went in and a young lady was waiting on a customer preparing four foot longs, all different. This young kid was sitting at a... table on his phone not helping this girl or waiting on me. Finally he got off his butt, put his apron on, went behind thecounter and went in the back. I asked the girl if he works here and she replied yes. I said you could have fooled me and Iwalked out.
