The young lady who always takes our order on drive thru is very knowledgeable, always helpful, speaks clearly, friendly.... Whoever trained her in the beginning to talk to customers on headset must of trained her correctly. I think she should berewarded and acknowledged for her great service. Read more
I WAITED IN THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR AT ABOUT 7 OR 8 MINUTES AND DIDN'T MOVE AN INCH. I DECIDED TO GET OUT OF THE LINE AND GO IN... INSTEAD. THERE WAS NOBODY AT ANY TABLES SO THE WORKERS WERE JUST WORKING ON THE DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS. SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHY ITWAS TAKING SO LONG AS ALL THE ATTENTION WAS AT THE WINDOW. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY. FOOD AND PAPER ALL OVER THE FLOOR, THE COUNTERWAS SO STICKY THAT WHEN I GOT MY BAG IT STUCK TO THE COUNTER TOP!!! WHAT DISGUSTED ME WORSE WAS THAT THEY WERE OUT OF THE SALADI ORDERED SO ONE HAD TO BE MADE. THE MANAGER WENT FROM SWEEPING TO MAKING MY SALAD USING NO GLOVES.THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVINGTHEM 3 STARS IS BECAUSE I ACTUALLY FELT SORRY FOR THE WORKERS. ONLY 3 SHOWED UP FOR THAT EVENING SHIFT. SOMEONE NEEDS TO COME INAND CLEAN THIS PLACE AS WELL AS GET IN SOME WORKERS AND A GOOD MANAGER! Read more

The French fries was medium warm and I believe they were sitting in the under the lights long is in 10 minutes
My order never comes out correct I just went in there today still there for 10 minutes right in front of the lady before she... told me that the inside is closed I have to go to drive through and then the two other people behind me they got to stay insideand order. Went there Saturday evening, went to drive thru, told us to drive around front of store to wait for order. Decided to go in to... see what was taking so long. 2 managers were arguing, they had food all over the floor, watch 1 manager drop chicken nugget butstill put it in container. When I got my food ask if I could order another combo, after ordering, 25 minutes later notice theywere filling all the drive through orders. When I asked about mine they said they had to fill those in drive through 1st. I saidI was here before those orders, still I had to wait. When I got my combo the food was cold. Not happy Read more
I went here for lunch last Wednesday. About 3 hours after I ate my chicken sandwich I started feeling bad. By Thursday evening I... was running a low grade fever and couldn?t keep anything down.
