Been coming to this caseys for 22 years! I can't believe how badly this place has gone down hill. I went here before and after... work but now I just don't. I won't even order for delivery anymore. The day shift employees are the only good thing about thisplace. At night is just ridiculous employees on phones the lady crystal at the register is simply bad for business. I was inthere on Christmas eve and she was just running around cussing at employees! Unacceptable behavior. I now go to theConocoPhillips the customer service has just gotten that bad at night. Today I was headed to my son's football game in St Joseph Missouri. I unfortunately am on crutches and forgot that fact once I... got into the the store. I must say, I received excellent customer service and the employee that helped me went above and beyondto help me since I foolishly forgot I was on crutches and could not get everything I needed.
