Food was good, new kid started 2 days ago was nervous and did best he could with no help from the 3 to 4 girls hanging out in a... gaggle in the kitchen. Drink counters were disgusting, bathrooms dirty, and nobody cleaning. Sound like these young ladies needsupervision to be working. Read more

Took 16 minutes to take my order even after I ask several times. Waited another 15 minutes for food. I was friendly and smiled.... Grandma with 2 grandkids. ¹What's up with this particular McDonalds. Manager was rude with customers. No tea or ketchup. Neverbeen to a McDonalds where at least one person smiled at me. Read more

There was no ketchup, had to get some from the counter. The sweet tea was nasty and only one soda dispenser worked, the other... wasn't marked out of order. The dinning area needed a good sweeping. The men's restroom was clean as was the outside. The firstQuarter Pounder with cheese was almost raw, of course had to eat part of it to find out. The replacement one was blackened. TryBurger King. The fries were good. The sauce on the chicken sandwiches had a cleaning chemical taste. So bad, we couldn?t eat them. Service... was slow. When we pulled up to the order pick up window, it was open, and the woman inside didn?t greet us, or even look at us.So weird. Read more
Ordered cheeseburger meal with extra onions. Somehow recieved no patties on either burger. The fries I had with the meal were... filled less than halfway and the sauces ordered with the nuggets weren't present. I checked my order before I left and wasn'ttoo concerned about the fries and sauce, but I didn't think I had to completely unwrap all my food to verify that it was allpresent. My husband drove back to get the order fixed, which they did, but still an inconvenience to have to drive all the wayback after a long day of work. The drive thru line was backed up and moving slowly (which I have no problem with), so I'mwondering if the workers thought cutting corners and sending out incorrectly made food/under filling fries would speed thingsalong? I would rather wait in a long line and get food made correctly as opposed to waiting in a long line and having to returnback to get my order remade. Read more
