To start, if you're looking for a great breakfast place, then I would say this is a definitely a good breakfast place. Today was... our second trip going for lunch and it will be our last trip there ever again. Not even for the good breakfast. If you do decideto go DO NOT order the meatloaf, because it's not meatloaf. It's a pile of mushed up meat with gravy on it, very reminiscent ofcanned dog food. The mashed potatoes were just ok, as was the gravy. The green beans had zero flavor and putting salt and pepperon them did little to fix that. My husband ate more than me simply because he was very hungry. I forced myself to eat just underhalf of it because I hate to waste money like that. We eventually took the rest of the food home for our dog. I should haveremembered that we went there for lunch before and were equally disappointed last time too. Read more

Really good food for really reasonable prices. Wasn't impressed with the fish, but have been here numerous times and never left... unhappy. Breakfast is really good and it's served all day. Very friendly staff. Read more

Arrived around 415 pm. I had breakfast ( biscuits and gravy, hash browns, bacon) and friend had pot roast. Place was basically... empty. Waiter who took orders and served us spoke very loudly for some reason. My meal arrived barely warm enough to eat.Friend had to return his to be heated. Mashed potatoes were stone cold and pot roast barely warm. My meal was very greasy. Hash browns and bacon seemed to have been leftovers which had been refried. Biscuits and gravy were fair, but not really hotand not quite enough gravy. Service was fair but considering the few customers in the place, was really minimal. We bothagreed the place was only mediocre at best. Staff was minimally attentive. Perhaps was just an "off"day based on otherreviews here. I would never go back. Recommend going a couple blocks down the street to the Cracker Barrel. Read more

The atmosphere was inviting and friendly, the waitress was king hearted and patient. Food was delicious, not out of this world,... but better then you'd expect from your average diner. The gentlemen sitting at the counter was my favorite part of stopping intoday, the are clearly regulars and made the stop in all that more memorable. One waved to me as I walked in, and said sitwherever you want. The next commented "Unfortunately, you get the only waitress they have today." I chuckled and the waitressaddressed him by name in a scolding voice, to which he replied "Your hair looks nice today." I mean come on, you can't find thatin your average chain resturant. Loved the visit, thank you guys. Read more

Very nice place to go to. The staff was friendly and polite. The waitress my daughter and I had was extremely nice. She came by... the table multiple times to see if we needed anything and to ask how the food was. The food tasted like a home cooked breakfast.Definitely will be a returning customer any time I head out that way. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu. Read more

There was virtually no wait time to be seated during lunch hour. The food came out quickly. The mashed potatoes are real and... homemade as are the English muffins. Everything was cooked to perfection and our host was friendly and helpful. If you're in thearea, do yourself a favor, skip the chain restaurants eat at Roxanne's. Read more

It's Platte. Prepare for stares if you're "different." The staff were mostly nice. The Mac wasn't very good but everything else... was okay. There was also a hair on my plate. I didn't make a fuss about this. My drink never got refilled (tea) but they maderounds to anyone that needed coffee. Read more
