We stopped at this location last night on the way home from KC to St. Joe. My total was $19.38. Both things I ordered were wrong... and one thing my son ordered was wrong. I called to speak to the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do unless Idrove back down there to get the correct items. It?s a 30 min drive, so I opted out of that. I called this morning to speak tothe next manager on duty and was basically told the same thing. And she also mentioned ?they normally don?t refund orders, theyjust replace the items? I feel like since I don?t live local, I should have gotten a refund. I will not be visiting thislocation again. So I guess not only do you need to check the bags before driving off, you need to open each item to make sureit?s correct as well. Essentially I paid $20 for 2 drinks and some nacho fries. What a joke. Don?t make it right or anything. Read more

This is a TERRIBLE Taco Bell to eat at. They will give you yesterdays chalupa shell that is hard as wood. Not burnt, just rock... hard because it?s from the day before. If you are in Platte literally eat at any of the other fast food restaurants or keepgoing South for 8 minutes there is a much much better Taco Bell and it too is right off the freeway. Read more

I ordered 2 of the taco and burrito cravings packs and asked for no beans on either of them and when I went to bite into one... there were beans. I went in and explained how I asked for no beans and the manager did not hesitate to fix my order let me keepthe messed up order and sent me on my way with free taco coupons!!! I'd like for yall to keep on mind I am a very kind human andI am not normally picky but seriously that customer service was pretty dang good! The food was also amazing! Read more

The service is terrible. Nobody wants to be there, and because of that, I get soggy hard tacos that literally tear at the bottom... when I open the wrapper, and everything spilled out. This location needs improvement, I will travel the extra 20 min to BarryRd, and I live in Platte City! Also, Google says they close at 11, but during the week, they close whenever it conveniencesthem, say 5:27 Wednesday afternoon? I?d love a response to this, and hell even my money back. Hard to satisfy a craving when thefood and service is horrid. Read more

Something told me not to stop here at this one in Platte, but my son was hungry. Note to others always go with your gut. I... ordered a soft taco supreme and Mexican Pizza. My Mexican pizza literally looked as tho someone had taken their fist and smashedit into the box. My soft taco supreme was soggy as all get out. I called and asked to speak to a manager, James gets on thephone. Whoever promoted him obviously did not have a concern of how he speaks to customers or who he manages his team. He wasnot worried about my dissatisfaction as a customer. I will not go to this Taco Bell again. Read more

We almost always have issues with our order when we order dinner from this location. Today, we ordered lunch and our order was... perfect (we have picky eaters which equals lots of modifications)! The lady running the drive thru was happy and friendly. Arefreshing experience! I know this location has had issues with their hours in the past but it looks as though they're mostlyback on track. Every business has had staffing issues causing changes to be made to hours, I realize it's inconvenient at timesbut hopefully the workers that are there are being shown grace and a bit of understanding given the world we live in thesedays... It costs nothing to be kind, even if they make a mistake. Read more

I don't know who owns this store but they are terrible. I put in an order online at 7:20PM I drove up to pick up and arrived at... 7:35 to sit at drive thru with no response. A worker was sitting in his car and 2 others sitting inside on their phone's. Ipulled around to the one outside and he said we're closed. I said I placed an online order and it's not 8 yet. He told me Iwould have to call number online and get refund. All others around are up and going dine in and late. Why is this one sodifficult. The owners need to step in and straighten this group up. I think they was waiting for 8 for their hours and notworking for them. I will not return to this location. Read more
