They were out of meat yesterday. So I came thru the driver thru, the only ones there... They acted like they dont even work there. We had to repeat ourselves... several times because they kept forgetting what we said. On top of them taking so long they barely gave any fries and hardly anymeat on our sandwiches... P.S. dont take fat dabs before coming into work. Read more
I've only ordered from this location twice and I have gotten a horrible stomach ache both times from the food which is abnormal... for me. Thought nothing of it, figured it was just the grease and forgot about it. a week later I was hired at this location. Ileft after an hour on my first day in absolute horror. The stench in the back kitchen made me nauseous. Staff was barely trainedat all and the manager was rude af to everyone. I get its a new store, but food was sitting out open overnight, things were notcleaned probably since it opened with rotting lettuce and tomatoes sitting at the bottom of the bain that no one wiped out. Idid not see proper hand washing take place, the floors were slick with grease. nothing was organized or following any foodsafety protocol. I will never eat at another arbys again, nor will I ever work there. This store will likely be closed down forfailing food inspections sometime in the near future unless someone gets in there and trains the crew. Read more
Most of the staff was friendly. Food was as expected. However, it seemed that most customers that ordered anything other than a... fountain drink, their drink was forgotten and they had to go back up to ask for it. This happened both with my wife's lemonadeand our shake. It also happened to 2 or 3 other customers when we were there. They also need to empty the trash more often. Itwas filled to the brim, though they weren't too busy, at the time. I know it's a new location and there are some growing pains.So we hope they can improve these things. Food maybe could have been a little hotter but as busy as it was for drive-thru didn't have to wait long at the window at all... and line was moving pretty fast for amount of cars. We went there tonight and got to enjoy employees swearing, giving us dirty looks, and dropping stuff on the floor then putting... back onto the counter after it was on the floor. An employee left the kitchen and shook hands with someone in the dining room,then went back to the kitchen and made food without changing gloves. I was super excited that they were opening a location inPlatteville, but will not be visiting again! Read more
