I have got my wings Ran through 3 times!!. Now they are saying they Don't do that anymore!! Always rude and just, Stupid rules.... Not to Customers satisfaction!! They forgot part of our order. I called and they said the item wasn't on the order. I said I'd pay for it. Then they said it's... not enough for delivery. I asked if they were serious. Then I was put on hold, then a new person asked how he could help me. Ihad to retell the whole story. He kept mishearing my address. Then he said it wasn't enough for delivery. That's when I hung up. We called to place an order the phone rang a long time then someone picked up the phone but didn?t talk.And then I walked in and... ordered a pizza with sausage and green peppers but got sausage and pepperoni, and we ordered breadsticks but got cheesy bread. Ishouldn?t have to look over everything I order but they looked,I told them what it should have been so they knew it was wrongbut apparently shrugged it off.awful service you should get what you want not what they decide to give you, plus we live 40miles away from there .probably not going to return to this store.cheesy bread is hard and burnt. It can be hit and miss, sometimes its super greasy, sometimes not its cooked enough. Lately they have done a lot better. The... ultimate pepperoni pizza is my favorite. I always get the cinnamon twists too as another favorite. Lately the twists don't haveenough cinnamon dressing/drizzle on the top. I'm not talking about the icing dipping. They used cover the twists like a dessertwould be but now they feel dissapointing and mid-tier. I called to ask for more on top, I order through the app, and they werekind of snippy with me. Which I get working fast food can be annoying, but it's hard for me to talk to people over the phonealready. They didn't take my complaint seriously and just brushed me off. They said they always had a certain amount they put onthem, but that obviously isnt the case as I had noticed a difference in quality. This is the first time I have said anythinganyway as I didn't want to be a bother, but I am put off with how I was treated. They said they can add extra,but it would bemore, to my order from their side, because I couldn't through the app. They made me felt like I was trying to scam them orsomething. When my concern was genuine. I wasn't asking for them to overload it or give extra, I just wanted them to make surethey actually tried to cover the twists because I wanted the twists to be like how I used to get them. Read more
